Go somewhere else if possible.These people only stay in business because of high demand and little competition. I called two days ahead of time to rent a power rake. I thought it was all set up. A few hours later they called back and left a message saying they hadn't written down what day. I tried to call back but received no answer. Their number just rang and rang. When I finally got through, Steve rudely told me they had reassigned the rake because they hadn't heard back. His response to my explanation that I'd tried was that they must have been too busy. He made his incompetence in not recording my reservation correctly into my fault. He raised his voice on the phone. He was too busy to resolve the issue.
The previous time I rented from Diamond was not a positive experience either, involving a wait of over an hour past my reservation time for the equipment with no apologies.
Diamond's extremely poor, rude customer service has lost my business and everyone I tell, which is going to be many.
