Terminix

They are so disorganized. I've waited and waited for someone to show up and they never did. John does a good job. He makes sure he sprays everywhere and uses bait. The other techs are jerks and are inefficient. One tech misted my house and left the front door open and I didn't know til I let my dogs in 2 hours later and they ran out of the house. Called finally got another tech to go out was there 5 minutes! They don't have any guarantee like their commercials say. I've had a tech out every two weeks for two months. still have roaches crawling everywhere! Don't waste your money. If you are lucky enough to get john every time you have a chance but they are still a horrible company.

I would shop around for better service. Had set up an appointment for someone to come out and give us a free estimate on a bug problem. They gave us an approximate time...well that time came cand passed and when we called back to make sure they were coming out they were surprised like "oh, you still wanted us to come out?" Why else would i have called? When the guy got here late, i gave a small breif and he didnt even check the area i was concerned with, in fact when he did check, he pointed to a piece of fuzz and was like "yep, see? There is one." He was more concerned with what looked like a "termite" problem outside....something we had not called him out for just to tack on additional charges. I really would reccomend shopping around first before choosing them. I know its a free estimate but i was hoping for a professional....not someone that acted like it was a waste of his time.
