The Skin Pen was a wonderful experience. Juliette was very professional, and the atmosphere was pleasant. There is no discomfort with this procedure. Within 4 weeks there was a noticeable difference with the reduction of fine lines and wrinkles on my face. I plan on having this procedure routinely.

After consulting with Dr Smith quite a while ago, I finally made the decision to go ahead and do the face, neck and chest CO2 laser lift. Everything I experienced had been talked about in advance. Started seeing Dr. Smith for allergies originally. I found out I had a deviated septum and a swollen turbinade. I ended up having surgery for a sinus reduction and a correction on my septum. I am so grateful that I had the surgery. I feel like I can breathe again.

Had sudden hearing loss and I was unable to get treatment needed at the ER and was referred to Dr. Smith. Dr. Smith has a great bedside manner, reassuring, explained his treatment plan very well.
