The technician was prompt, fixed the problem and provided maintenance. He was friendly and courteous.

Tech arrived as scheduled for freezer built-in ice maker repair. Tech couldn't isolate/diagnose problem so he replaced ice maker and sensor. Repair cost $113.00 over the $500. allowance for extended warranty.. Should have just replaced sensor

Although the technician was very friendly, he did not come prepared to clean my refrigerator. He didn't have the long brush to clean under it. So instead he use a vacuum cleaner to blow it out. Still cleaning up dirt 2 days later.

I was told that I needed a control board after a long trial period and testing of things. I paid $340 for the board to be sent to me. It does not work and did not fix the problem. The Refrigerator is still NOT FIXED and I am out $340.. NOT happy at all.

Service was satisfactory, Technician was nice & knew what needed to be done to take care of the problem. Was satisfied with his service!
