Shaun was the first representative form Pippin Bros I met, he came to my house for evaluate my system and discuss an estimate. He was very thorough and explained what options I had that varied on price and product. He gained my confidence in about an hour and a half, we were going to get several estimates but decided that we were getting a good deal considering the upgrade to our home. My biggest concern was choosing the company that would do a quality install and stand by their performance over the years. Less than 48 hours later the project began, Jay and Brandon arrived prior to 9 am. They were both very courteous and professional. The pace of their work demonstrated the efficiency and quality control of real craftsmen. They answered all of my questions throughout the process and explained the goals of the day and the completion at the end of the day. My project was a complete system replacement including electrical and the process took less than 4.5 days, I couldn't be happier.

I've used Pippin Brothers for over 7 years - they are, by far, the most experienced plumbing professionals in the Lawton/Ft Sill area. I don't use anyone else. They know their business, their product and they do not push you into buying unnecessary extras...for example, a whole new system to replace a 10 year old system. Dusty always answers my multitude of questions, is thorough, neat and clean. This time, because the CoolMaxx / HeatMaxx forms have changed, he explained the differences in the values to us. Dusty has been to our house several times, and it is like greeting an old friend. I plan on being a Pippin Brothers customer for life....they made homeownership easier by letting me know what NOT to do to make our system run better.

Pippin Brothers have done a great job in my new house as well as my old house. They have installed pipes for a shower, tank less water heaters, Easy Water, water filtration system for the kitchen, and faucets. Very friendly and reliable.

I called Pippin Brothers Saturday morning 8/3/2013 due to the breakdown of my central AC. Their service tech was at my house around 1pm and diagnosed the problem to be a burned out module which controls the fan motor. That was the good news. The bad news was that this part was not in stock and could not be ordered until Monday. The part was ordered on Monday and delivered on Tuesday however the manufacturer had sent the wrong part. It had been over 100 degrees everyday since the unit had gone out. The temperature in the house now was over 90 degrees. Sleeping was becoming more difficult. When Terry from Pippen told me that the wrong part had been shipped and it would Thursday before it could be delivered and installed. He could see that we were struggling with the high temperatures in the house. He made arrangements to deliver 2 portable units for the bedrooms so we could sleep. These did the job for us. The module came in on Thurs. and we were back in business. Thanks Terry !!
