Terrible work ethic from the front staff and office manager. I had contacted my insurance to make sure they were in my network, I also called the office ahead of time to make sure and both confirmed that they were in network. After taking the time off work and school for my kids, we arrive and after we filled out all the paper work to be seen, they tell me that they don't take my insurance and the only option is to pay cash. I asked what happened and explained how I had called them ahead of time and they refused to take responsibility. Saying it was no ones fault, just there was a problem with my insurance and gave me a meaningless halfhearted apology. No explanation of what was wrong, just to bad have a nice day. I think what angered me the most is how they didn't take responsibility for their mistake and were so dismissive about wasting my family time. This is now an unexcused work and school day because they can't get their act together.

DONT GO! It's very unprofessional to show up 15 minutes before your appointment (like requested) and wait almost to be seen an hour later. Ocean dental you need to more timely and if your behind you need to politely notify your customers. We are in fact what keep you in busy and you will lost customers if you can't manage to keep your appointments on time or at least close to the appointment time. To have an appointment at 830 am and have an hour pass by and still be waiting is not good for business.
