We had 2 different experiences, one good, one a little shocking about the no estimate/high price. . Quality and Customer Service excellent, took our car there again today. . .We will see what the 3rd experience says :D We learned to DEMAND an estimate first ;-) That way you don't run into unexpected expenses!



However. . .YOU are in charge of your money for repairs. . you say, what you want to have done, parts cost money, labor is expensive everywhere . . considering, if you cannot get it done yourself, bring it to Lynn, He is a great guy, wonderful crew, wonderful family

I was quoted $350 for a fuel pump. When he called me to say it was done his office girl told me $550 on the phone I protested and said I'll be down there in a minute. when I got there the price had already dropped to $470 so I continued to argue that that was not the price he quoted and he said he never quoted me a price. Who hires a mechanic with out a qote? This guy is a crook. Don't take you care here.

Scam. Ripped off. Took my car in with one small problem. Left needing a major repair. And he had the nerve to change $500 didn't fix a thing just broke my car.

Great Service!!!! I could not have asked for better service!! My car was a mess and every place else wanted to charge my an outrageous price. When I took my car to Lynn McKenzie Auto Repair, Lynn informed me that I did not need all the other parts and repairs that the dealership and other service places insisted that I have done. He fixed my car for a small fraction of the price the other places wanted to charge. I am so glad that I listened to my friends when they told me the Lynn McKenzie was the best. He definitely is. He got my car in quickly and took the time to thorougly explain everything to me when I went to pick it up. I know absolutely nothing about cars but he explained my car's problem so well to me that I really feel like I have learned something. All the mechanics there seemed very knowledgable. I would definitely recommenc Lynn McKenzie Auto Repair to others. I will not go anywhere else!!

Lynn does a great job. He takes care of my work trucks and gets them done for me quickly! He will take care of you!
