        Overall

        1st time grooming was great. Anytime afterwards, they cut my poodle the way they wanted. Yesterday we had ice pellets all over Lawton with expected chance of snow overnight. Next Morning NO SNOW, we had grooming 8:00 am appt for 3 canines, they were closed, never answered their phones, didn’t call to cancel appts the day before, no sign on store door, we sat outside from 7:45 am to 8:10…no one showed up. We called again at 10:06am, no answer, no greeting message, just turned off phones. Very unprofessional.

        I love this store ! The staff is always very helpful and I love that they only carry high quality pet products!

        A better store than groomer

        Took my miniature schnauzer to them and they had no idea how to cut my type of dog.. was not happy... but on the other hand a great place to buy pet supply
