I always used them for my store to re-key if manager left or quit. Well I called them for an issue with a door handle on my storage unit. He showed up and it took him less than 5 min to fix the issue no parts no replacement handle. The bill total ?? ABSURD 65$ trip fee and $50 labor fee total $115. I called told him that was absurd and he said its always a trip fee of 65$ and then minimum labor fee of $50!! Doesn't seem to be the case by the looks of this other review david paid $55 to get into his house??? No trip fee just a labor cost? Just ridiculous this is how you lose customers I have been using them over 5 yrs and won't ever again because of this and the guy that answered the phone didn't seem to care!
10 month daughter was locked in new car with keys by sibling on accident called Johnsons Gary said that he'd be there in 5 min and HE WAS THERE!!! Didn't charge me. You guys truly were a BLESSING!!!!! AMAZING thank you.

Provided by SuperpagesWas in a real pinch last night around 8pm. Locked my keys in my 08 tahoe at walmart with my little girl and groceries. Security guard there recommended johnson and johnson locksmith. I called and 30 mins later he was there. It took longer for me to write my check than it did for him to open the car. Originally from austin so $50 at that time of night in not complaining. Very satisfied and will reuse if neccessary!

I have had great service before but this time I've been waiting 2 hours for E.R service And still no one- and I've tried to call and no answer - next time don't say you will be here in 30 minutes if your not going to be = bad service

Provided by SuperpagesI called to make an appointment a week in advance. They told me someone would be out between 9 and 10 on the day of my appointment. Someone called me at 8:35 the day of my appointment to confirm. I was ioutside doing yard work while i was waiting on them to come, but because no one answered when they called, they mever bothered to come out.Most BUSINESSES call at least 24 hrs in advance to confirm. So I called them at 10:45 to find our what was.going on. They said they would be out. 12:00 and I'm still waiting. So I called and cancelled because my time is precious.also. And this no way to run a business. I would not recommend this place.

Provided by SuperpagesDont listen to Guest71671. I have used them a number of times and they got to me in a matter of 30 min or less. Even when i was stuck on post. They called me back to make sure he was there and everything. I highly recommend these people. and the prices are really great to. 30-40 dollars is not much to get you out of a bind. Highly Recommend.

Provided by SuperpagesI called this company on a Wednesday night, they stated that it would take 45 minutes (Wednesday night of course is the busiest day of the week). After an hour I called them back and politely asked for a status, the person who answered the phone was rude when he said that the locksmith was on his way. This is not the way someone should act in the service industry. I would not recommend them, also $50 is a bit much for a simple job.
