No show, bad attitude.

I had scheduled an appt. And there was no call about him canceling. So i called and ask if they are running late and the manager said oh I forgot to call and laughed about it, I asked so me moving all my furniture around is funny. He then said I can schedule you this weekend. Customer service was not at all in their vocabulary.
