i live in altus,ok i enjoy shopping at ross department stores regardless where the stores are.i just wish you would build one here in altus, not that i wouldn.t shop at the one in lawton, but i thought it would be much convince for people who might not have transportation to travel that far to there favorite shopping store.we would both would come out -top far as circulation money back to there community.i,m 3years into altus,ok living here is some kind of experience- i would.nt be here if my husband job hadn,t closed. when i first got here i was looking for a shopping mall-well>when my husband showed me where the mall was i said you must be kidding-this is a joke! they have a one story jcp that looks like they cater to mostly the older generation, not that i have anything against the older ones, but accommadate the furture generation. it seems like a lot of our store are closed or closing-whats with that? most of the people that used to shop here are going to lawton to shop or the city.i thought since the base isn,t closing they would add more stores, but it seems like the opposite.i,m not used to the sidewalks closing when the sun goes down, i realize this is a small town, but come on this is not mayberry. we are growing the population is growing.the traffic is more congested. there children,s children if they don,t leave will populate this town. i love to shop at ross it,s the only dress shop i,ve shop at that i,m completly satisfied. give us a ross! as far as a bad experience i can,t remember any. the customer service is excellent-if i have a problem with any item your costumer service happly give me a reduction in price-your the best.
