This is the best car dealership we have ever been to hands down!!! The salesmen really care about you. My husband and I were in serious need of a new car and after an entire day of searching and haggling with loan agencies to meet our credit challenges we pulled off the lot with a brand new 2016 Chevy Cruz. On my way home I noticed it was missing one crucial feature...cruz control. At first I was really upset, but as this was just a stepping stone to build our credit we would deal with it. However much of the joy I felt over my new vehicle was dimmed, but I was determined to make the most out of it. We received a follow up call the next week and cookies with a survey card a few weeks later. I filled out the survey card and told them how happy I was with their service, but that I was disappointed that I wasn't made aware of my car's lack of Cruz control before I purchased it. A month after my new car purchase I received a call from Bridges (a great guy by the way) and he asked that my husband and I come back to the dealership because Classic Chevrolet wanted us 100% happy with our car. Today we went and seen Bridges and between him and Mr Randle (the awesome owner) they are installing Cruz control into our car! Thank you Classic Chevrolet! You are the epitome of customer service and have made lifetime customers of the Austin family!
I drove in at the last minute and I had a noise I was sort of concerned about in my Armada. Although I didn't have an appoinment, they addressed my concerns, and got right on it. Their Service Manager, Jimmy Toombs, visited with me. I was rather impressed as how he listened, looked me directly in the eye and everything was handled better that I could have hoped for. Luckily, it was just a belt and it was due anyway. This was a nice change from past experiences that I've had at other facilities. Even though I didn't buy my SUV there, it didn't matter, they treated me like I did and they didn't over-charge me! I also found out they can work on my "work" car, a 2001 VW Jetta as I will schedule a tune-up on it there here pretty soon. I highly reccomend this dealership as others waited on me while I was in the waiting room and so helful and polite. I never see this kind of service or polireness anymore and it was so refreshing to see it here-if you want service or a vehicle, I encourage you to try this place. Next time I trade my vehicle, I definately will be at Dan Mullins first.
We bought a 2015 Buick Lacrosse a few months ago from Classic Lawton Chevrolet. It has been the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience we've ever experienced. The sales staff was excellent, courteous and kind to us throughout the whole process. A few weeks after our purchase we received gifts in the mail from Classic Chevrolet that we never expected. We've received periodic unobtrusive check-ins from the staff to inquire about our car. We've had the car serviced twice since the purchase (oil changes etc) and both times it was a quick in/out process and the staff was very attentive and kind. My husband bought a car from another dealership in town and has not experienced the same level of customer service. He plans to purchase his next vehicle from Classic Chevrolet. We are so pleased to have this process go so smoothly.
