As for all stories, these is always another side. Cashiers always give an estimate for the delivery. Obviously it is not a set time, and the restaurant was very busy. In addition, the driver was new and could not find the address. When the customer called, the cashier politely told him that the driver was trying to make it, and there really wasn't anything she could do other than offer something free next time. The customer would not take that answer and continued to call five or six times, despite the fact that the restaurant was very busy and had other orders to take. The cashier kept repeating that there was nothing she could do, and obviously was beginning to get annoyed as the customer was very rude and would not stop harassing the restaurant, claiming it was responsible for his "starving four-year-old", as well as refusing to pay. In the end his order was canceled, and as the cashier was attempting to refund his card and was about to call him, the customer stormed in, claiming he was there to "make a scene in the dining room and tell everyone about his experience." When the cashier tried to reason with him, he responded. "Who are you? You're nobody. I want to speak with the manager," despite the fact that the manager does not speak English. The customer insulted the cashier and made a scene, yet still expected to be treated like he did nothing wrong and deserved the utmost respect. He was asked to leave but refused, threatening that he'd go to the Health Department, the Better Business Bureau, and others to ruin the business only because his food was late and he could not get it free. He frequently lied, claiming he's been ordering for years, and that the restaurant's changed management within that time frame. He should check his facts as the restaurant opened in January 2010. He continually claimed he was "lied to" because his food was late, though the restaurant had apologized and said the delivery time was only an estimate. Businesses will always have a customer or two who are unstable and cannot handle what they perceive isn't "perfect". Their reviews should not be taken into serious consideration.
I've eaten here at Lins for years, really like the staff. They treat you well and are always happy to see you and they remember your name. Pretty good service, also they are affordable and give you plenty food. My daughter likes to look thru the window into the kitchen area to watch them cook the food. The food taste great! I've tried so many different dishes and I've always been pleased! I recommend visiting this Chinese Restaurant, you won't be disappointed! Thx
I have been a faithful customer of Bobo China since around 1992 and still love it. The interior needs updating, but the food is still amazing. The service also is not as good as it once was, but my family usually gets the food to go, so it is a non issue with us.
