Professional Nail & Spa

I have been going to this salon for years and always happy with the service. Yesterday was an added bonus. Gigi did my nails - SNS and Kim did my pedicure - Gel. Fantastic experience. They both did exactly what I asked for and were able to match the SNS and Gel polish well. The massages given in the process were outstanding. What a relaxing time and my nails look great!!

Very disappointed in the customer service. I did not expect to have my nails redone at no charge because they changed colors to an awful brown within 4 days, but I sure didn't expect to pay $20 for something that they should have fixed. If I would have known, I would gladly have paid $25 elsewhere for a full manicure. Not returning again.
