This place is the worst. Extremely long waits, you never get to see an actual doctor. I will not be visiting this office ever again

Cathy the NP is very unprofessional, prejudice, and does not do what she says she is going to do. She was suppose to call a specific medication in and called in the a different on for a totally different issue. This could have been a fatal mistake if my pharmacist and I didn't catch her mistake. I don't understand why she didn't call in the medicine we discussed. When I asked her she was opionionated about one of my current Meds. I never lied or hid any of my Meds or history. She made a crucial mistake if not reading my history before entering the exam room.

First let me say that Dr. Osowa is an excellent physician. He is attentive to his patients. The problem is the way his offices are run. He is the only doctor among 6 nurse practitioners in his Buford office and he is only in 3 days a week. His wife is the person ruining the practice by trying to make it into a mega profitable practice while sacrificing patient care and consideration. The terrible scheduling by his staff always has them running behind after the first appointment of the day. I can not stress enough that you should NOT support this type of business because if you accept 45 min to an hour wait times, you are telling this business, and others like it, that its OK to screw you out of your time and your "appointment" means nothing to them. Because the the "business" atmosphere and the rushed medical care after extreme waits, this place should be avoided and do your part and tell at least one other person to avoid them.

Folks be aware these company is very dishonest, they charge my wife and me extra $$ for visit on Saturday without disclosing this upfront. Very un professional

Warning! Stay away from this place!!! My daughter went in 6 weeks pregnant with an earache, while visiting us. They said she had excessive wax & instead of flushing the ear, Ashley Underwood, picked at it & gave her ear drops that are NOT safe to take while pregnant!!!! Less than 24 hrs later we were at another urgent care who flushed the ear & everything was better! When I called the office manager/owner Judy, she never returned my call. On my 3rd call to speak with Judy, someone else informed me that because an office visit was performed & a $40 prescription was called in, they will not give us a refund! That is $120 that we just flushed down the drain! Lousy customer service, dangerous medical practices! I would give it a negative star if I could!
