Appliance to Go

I bought a whole kitchen set from them 2 months ago. In the condition it came with and the price it was one of the best purchases I ever made! It's a family run business and the service was excellent. I was very pleased by the way Rey Jr. helped me with choosing which appliances to buy. Overall, will recommend.

Me llamaron y nos llamaron para que lo resuelvan . por último, 4 días más tarde una persona se presentó y le puso una parte que se llama un termostato en la secadora y comenzó a trabajar . un mes más tarde dejó de secar de nuevo. Me llamaron y luego fui a hablar con el dueño me dijo que iba a enviar a alguien para arreglarlo. Le dije que quería mi dinero , ya que estaba en el aire , me dijo que es sólo una garantía de reemplazo y cuando consiguen un secador similares que reemplaza. finalmente tuve que llamar a Sears para venir solucionarlo . me dijo que la bobina se quemó a cabo debido a que la ventilación se bloqueó y se sobrecaliente

bought a LG refrigerator from them, didn't work upon delivery, the repair guy came out and said they had replaced the compressor prior to the sale and had not charged the system which he then did. the refrigerator got cold but the ice-maker would not work called repeatedly and was told the ice-maker isn't part of the warranty (we went from guarantee to warranty over night)! the machine acted up from time to time (the water turned on by itself and flooded the kitchen) each time we called they said they would fix it but none came, each time we called back we were told their system was down so you had to tell the whole story over again. then the unit died! now i was out of there Warranty/guarantee their product are junk their word means nothing

I bought a GE side by side refrigerator from Appliances to Go Saturday, it could not delivered until Monday. I was told I would be first in line since I lived right up the street but I did not receive it until well after noon, after several calls to ask what was taking so long. Once delivered the fridge worked for 4 days before it stopped. I called Appliances to go and requested that they do something about it immediately since I had just restocked my fridge from all the food that spoiled over the weekend. They said they would have the repairman to call me that day but I did not. I called back at 6 pm and no one answered the phone. I waited til the following morning and called but they made excuses again. Said they would send someone out that morning. The repair comes, along with a guy that I guess is a manager of sorts. The repairman speaks no English at all but seems very upset by the fridge, he sits down on his tool box with his hands over his head and uttering something over and over that I do not understand. I am VERY freaked out at this point! The 'manager' tells me that I need to turn to dial all the way up on the freezer in order for the fridge to cool. I said that sounds like bs and I want another fridge period ! I called up to Appliances to Go and talked to Renaldo. The tells me they may be able to send another fridge the same day. They delivered the new fridge and now, only 4 days later IT DOESNT WORK EITHER !!!! obviously this would already be disturbing if it were just me but I also take care of a very ill parent and our fridge is an essential to his health. I am blown away and don't know how to resolve this at this point. I truly advise you to NOT purchase anything from these people !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Appliances to Go has been trading at it's Lawrenceville Hwy address for well over a year; maybe two.

Today I contacted them to inquire about purchasing a used washer and dryer set for the apartment of one of my children.

What they sell are used appliances- in various conditions. Some were in better shape than others- you select your price range and the features you need.

The staff was very friendly, both on the phone and in person. They gave me information and I feel I got good value for the price I wanted to pay. The appliances were delivered, as promised, and the two gentleman who did the delivery and set up were very polite and professional, installing both machines and testing them to make sure the dryer did heat, that the hoses were installed appropriately and they allowed the washer to go through a short cycle.

The receipt I signed at the shop indicated my 90 day warranty and that there were no cash refunds- only exchanges and repairs.

If I had bought from someone on Craigslist, I would have had no warranty and most likely no recourse at all if I was not happy. The prices they offered were most definitely competitive - I shopped several locations and made quite a few Craigslist inquiries.

I got what I paid for from friendly, professional people. A used appliance is a used appliance. I would recommend them to anyone looking for used appliances!!!
