Very helpful at first. We had a great wake. The staff was very helpful in our time of need. My aunt was getting cremated. They stated their was a new procedure from the state in regards to the forms needed before she could be cremated. We still have not received her ashes a month later. They never followed up with her doctor so her body stayed in their possession for almost a full month. You never get a direct answer from them. It is always, okay I understand but I will have to get back to you. Sometimes they call back but most of the time you are chasing them or answers. Hopefully we have her ashes soon.
