I got into a wreck, called them because my car wouldn't start and they came out in a quick manner. HOWEVER, they were adamant about taking my car to their facility because they said it would be cheaper than just towing it to my apartment. BS. DO NOT LET THEM DO THIS. In one day I will have to pay $500 just to get it off the compound whereas if they would've taken it to my apartment no more than $170. Do not fall for this at any company.

called for a tow dispatcher said she didnt know where her boss was and it was her 3rd day on job and id have to call back later so we fixed truck ourselves on side of road... mind you i had a semi with loaded trailer... so after driving out to lawrence from south kc to fix it...a light duty tow truck pulls up and says that he ll call his big wrecker out to tow it we advised him that we fixed it and no longer needed a tow... he goes on to say his boss will impound our trk if we dont pay him a fee for coming out there... they charged me $158. for their dispatcher blowing my call off and sending a little tow truck out to my semi... bad business if you need a tow in lawrence id call transmaster....

Fast Friendly Service
I had a problem with my car on 8/15/07, it refused to start. I needed to get it to the dealership to be repaired. I called Hillcrest Wrecker and they were there to pick my car up within 15 minutes and very professionally loaded my car on the truck. The driver who was sympathic to my frustration was friendly and really helped me get a better attitude about the situation. I really appreciated the fast and friendly service.
