G & G Tire Service: A Glotfelty Tire Store

I've been dealing with this business for over 25 years. They've always stood behind their work. The tires have given me good value and performance. Service has always been fast and friendly. I will positively deal with them again.

BEWARE!!!! I was referred to G&G by a few people to get new tires on my vehicle. I called to get some prices, which were reasonable and decided to go with them. The day that I was headed over there I called again to make sure they had the tires in stock since I live 45 minutes away, they said they did. When I got to the garage the tires I was quoted for were not in stock so I got the next available. They did the work in a timely manner, came back and asked if I wanted my vehicle to be aligned(which I agreed to) and a few minutes later they came in and told me they couldn't do the alignment cause I needed front end work done and they would schedule me in to get the repairs done, they already had my vehicle pulled out front so I couldn't see what actually needed repaired. I advised them that I have a mechanic so I asked them to just let me know what needed repaired and I would be back to get alignment done. I contacted my mechanic and ordered my parts, once my parts were in I dropped off my vehicle to him, he later called me and said that there was no way I needed any of that work done. I took it to another garage and I explained to them what was the problem and they said not even a slight chance any of those parts needed replaced, they did my alignment that day. I contacted the manager, John and explained the situation only to be hung up on. Now I am stuck with these parts unless I want to ship them back and pay for the shipping and restocking fees at my own expense. Worse experience ever when it came to dealing with a garage and I hope females will take caution when going to this place if this post don't make them steer clear of this garage completely.

We always get all of our tires here for our vehicles. You can't beat the price or the fast, friendly and excellent customer service in which they provide to their customers. Much appreciated.
