He is negative five stars. A true liability that somehow slips through the crack. Have had a 23 plus year history with this Dr. Quack,errrrr i mean Black. In that time i am only going to give three examples of his best handiwork, potentially life threatening misdiagnoses.when i was a Kid he diagnosed me as having gas pain when my appendix needed to be removed via emergency surgery. Diagnoses my nephew with flu, his internal organs had shifted all out wack . Then yesterday with my shoulder he looked at it for two seconds and rushed me out the door. The one star rating is cuz i had to choose one to submit this. For God's sake don't see him or have your kids go to him.the one star was done with protest

This one does not appear to be very involved with the patients. Seems to be too busy doing something else.
