Lecador Child Care

The most unprofessional unreliable Childcare Center I have ever had an experience with. On the last day of attendance of my 5 month old daughter my husband picked her up to find her completely swollen to the point her eyes were almost completely shut from the swelling. We don't know how long she'd been that way before being picked up but neither one of us received a phone call from the owner and overseer of the center informing us of this situation. She had come into contact with something she was allergic to and had multiple what appeared to be bite marks (huge bumps ) on both her legs along with multiple scratches. My husband had to rush her to the ER where they gave her a shot of benadryl. A few days later after the outside swelling was gone she began coughing and making funny sounds. The doctor explained that this is because she had mucous in the back of her throat from the swelling. She advised my husband that it was good he got there when he did because her lungs could have begun to constrict. Michelle Lecador of Lecador's childcare Center did not find this to be a big deal. I would never recommend this Childcare. i have been told that there may be dogs on the premisis but was made to sign a waiver that there was not. This is a home daycare of which my children will never attend again.
