When Chris told me my TV was not repairable I asked him if I could purcased another from him, and withing a few hours he brought me an acceptable RV, glad he did

Chris was exceptional; we brought in our LG on Monday and paid a reasonable estimate to diagnose the issue which later was used toward the balance of the cost for repair. Chris called on Wednesday and provided a detailed description of the problem (LED backlights needed to be replaced) and provided a few options to fix the issue and the related cost. We went with Chris's recommendation, paid a very reasonable amount. The set was ready for pick-up on Friday and the picture looks great! From drop-off to pick-up it took 5 days to repair! Chris provided superior service; wish he had a twin in Canada!

High End luxury home theater provider I found locally on a search. I had a new 15 person home theater installed in a garage conversion that came out amazing! Perfect TV did outstanding, I would not use anyone else.

Called for service on my Samsung tv--Scott the technician called back to schedule appointment--was on time--took the TV to his shop fixed and returned it within 48 hours--working fine--Scott was professional--friendly and very helpful Thank you Scott

Called them today to fix my sony tv that was having picture issues. They came out the same day and my tv is fixed! Saved me thousands on buying a new tv. Great service and knowlegable technician!

Found Perfect TV on yellowpages. I gave them a try due to the reviews I saw. I called them this morning. Scott came over around 12pm and fixed my Samsung 60" LED. He was done by 2pm. Not only was it done quickly, the price was very reasonable. He even setup my smart features and taught me a few things about the TV. Great customer service. Don't hesitate to use them and ask for Scott. He's know his stuff.

Called perfect tv and they came out the next day and repaired my 65 Samsung TV. Price was less than what ww expected and they were really nice and clean. They also mounted another tv i had on the wall and setup my remotes. We are ao happy to have found them since we just moved to the area. Great job!

I know of two other television repair shops.I found perfect TV through Google.That's where I met Chris,very polite with a great attitude. His price was reasonable and the work done promptly. Outstanding service! Arrived as scheduled after an advanced phone call. Recommended good equipment to supplement what we had, and expertly installed it all.

Arrived on time, courteous, thorough, and friendly. Quoted $65 house call fee that was credited toward the total bill. Another service company had told me to throw out the machine and get a new TV. My Sony Trinitron is working like new again! Will call them when it is time to replace this one.

Spoke with Scott at Perfect Television. He was knowledgeable, courteous and answered all my questions. He quoted me the best price I found anywhere for a replacement lamp for my Sony TV. It was a genuine Sony product not a compatible, inferior part. Scott showed up promptly at the appointed time and replaced the part, reset the TV and presented himself in a very professional yet friendly manner. He is a fine representative of this company and is one of the main reasons I will use them again and recommend them to others.

The tuner in my 9 year old 32" Toshiba CRT was deteriorating; the picture watching TV through the Tivo tuner was fine. I called a TV repair shop that told me the tuner was no longer available. I called a Toshiba parts distributor and bought the so called unavailable part for $30 including shipping. I started to replace the tuner myself. I took the back off the set and tried to pull the old tuner out. It wouldn't budge, so I called a friend (a retired appliance repairman) who quickly called me an idiot (correctly)and told me to call a professional. After hearing my story, Perfect Television sent Scott within two hours to save what was left of my dignity The $65 service call and $50 for one hour of labor is the best service I have ever received.

Called them on a Mits. 50 inch rear projection TV. Had estimates from another co for twice as much to fix parts that weren't even broken. Perfect give me a flat rate and the set is working better than ever. Definitely give them a try!
