Go Bananas

this place was fun! what a great idea to open this place good luck to the family its not easy owning a buisness and trying to please people and dealing with children all day . I didnt really like the location or the fake ivy try little white lights? but i loved the nice worker , bubbles, games, good music, its a nice large building with alot of different things to offer plenty of seating play pins and high chairs, toys, tables and chairs, games, bubbles everything what a great place !!!

I won't lie, love this place! and I come here all the time; i even bought a three month unlimited pass for 70 bucks. i haven't been there in a while and I came in yesterday it was about 5:40 pm and the man looking owner lady with a bowl mullet hair cut( a bullet u can say) told us very rudely that there was only 20 minutes left. I figured my 2 and 3 year old would enjoy those 20 minutes so we asked if we could stay.she said yes but she really wanted to say no. so the kids have the time of their life for about 17 minutes then I started putting my neices shoes on. I walked out and shortly after my husband follows. the lady might as well have pushed him out the door,but that wasn't the worst part. my husband said as he left she made a really rude gesture to him it was just a disgusting look. I'm sorry lady but if u are going to run that kind of business you had better be a better people person. I will probably never come here again. keep an eye on your kids if you don't want them to be yelled at :)

I first heard of Go Bananas last year when we didn't have anything planed for my daughters 3rd birthday party, so we decided to give it a shot. From the time we arrived the atmosphere was very professional and we loved it. My daughters had a blast and I am even thinking about having her 4th birthday party there.

I never heard of "Go Banans" untill i got a kids birthday party invitaiton for a sunday. I was looking foward to seeing the place for myself and possible booking for my childs upcoming birthday party. As you walk in the facility you see the wide variety of jumping houses and kids running all over the place. looks nice. we find out we have to wait to eat, all the adults have to sit on benches with no back support for a hour and a half (if you were lucky to have a seat, some stood the whole time) till we got to sit and eat in a party room. this was sunday and was packed with people for parties, so there was no safe place to put your shoes, had to take turns going to the restroom otherwise you'll lose your seat to other tired standing adults, smelled like funky smelly feet. kids had a great time but ALL the adults were very unhappy. i felt bad for the hosts of the party cause they paid $360 for 2 1/2 hrs and 4 pizzas and they STILL had to bring more food and drinks to accomidate the rest of the party.



The crazy thing is, i was a guest and got in for FREE and i'm still angry by their party function that i had to write this review. And this is the first time i ever wrote a review online...EVER

just something to consider when you book your party

I have gone to Go Bananas several times with my three kids. Ages from 6,8,10. They love Go Bananas. Its professional from the moment we walk in the place. The owner goes over the rules with our kids and makes sure everyone understands the rules before entering the bouncy area. If you don't have socks, you can buy them there. The owner is really nice and I love the games they have for the kids. Like blowing bubbles and other games. This is great entertainment. We are lucky to have such a fun place close by. To respond to the unhappy customer above, I do believe in customer satisfaction. Especially since they spent over $200 on their birthday party. I believe something should have been worked out to make this customer a little happier. Its true that you can't please everyone, but when someone pays over $200 for a birthday party and has what they believe was a bad experience, something should have been worked out to make that customer a little happier. I would rather make a customer a little happier then get a bad business review. if the customer is angry and wants to use a coupon to feel better about a bad experience, let them use the coupon. Anyway, I have never had any bad experience they and again, my kids and I love it.

I have been hearing about this place called Go Bananas for a while now from some other moms who take their kids for play time. It’s a 10,000 foot warehouse full of bouncy houses and slides. It’s very safe, fun and the staff is friendly. So we had a play date there and found it to be just as good as everybody said it to be. I needed a place to hold my daughter’s 2nd birthday and thought this would be the perfect venue. After a little bit of research on their website and others, I called to book a party.

From the moment we stepped foot into the party room our the time was ticking. One hour goes by in a hurry when you're trying to feed toddlers, sing the birthday song and open presents. Most of my guests did not know we were singing Happy Birthday until it was halfway through. The girl who was in charge of things in the room put the cupcake stand right in front of the birthday girl hiding her from her guests completely. We only got to open a few presents. We asked for more time since we didn’t get our full hour. I think the previous party ran late which made ours late too. But they said they had another party at 5:30. So as we were saying our goodbyes and packing up to leave the building, we continued the goodbyes outside in the parking lot. I was reminded by my husband that we had to pay for the balance. That was the abrupt end to the party!

After a day of recuperation, I came across the coupon for GB. I called and spoke to the owner and was told I could not redeem it. Not because it was after the fact but because they gave those coupons out to solicit new bookings for birthday parties. Not for those who have already booked a party. That was the straw that broke me!!!

I am not one for confrontation. I am not one to mess with anyone’s livelihood. After a month had passed, I am still mad about the whole experience, I knew I owe anyone else out there ready to book a party this review. For $285 (not including food), I expect good customer service. We got hurried and robotic staff who don’t know how to keep unfavorable opinions to themselves which caused us to feel unwelcome. We had no direction or narration to the party. All we got was moved from one room to the next like a herd of cattle. I expect leniency with time. Especially with large groups of people with kids with no clue what to do next can only agitate matters. I also heard from one of my guests who came early, that they weren’t allowed in until 10 minutes before the allotted party time. Hot kid in a hot car, not cool!!! That same guest was belittled when she brought the presents in and the owner said, “I hope we have enough room for all the other presents!” I expect to be able to use a coupon that was given to me. Why give me something, get me all excited about it, then tell me I had no chance redeeming. I expect knowledgeable staff. I don’t want to always be the one initiating calls and e-mails. I was also informed by a few of my guests that the staff was handing out goody bags to random people not even in my party!!! I expect certain perks to booking a party. There were was too many people for one day. I think they should not leave the facility open to the public when they book so many parties. Even with their ginormous fans, the air circulation was poor.

I know I won’t be going back to Go Bananas. Which is unfortunate because they are a perfect place to take the kids on a regular day. But the staff is ill-equipped to handle anything larger than that. You can truly Go Bananas there, but not in a good way!!!

I really love this place. It is close to home and not expensive. It is a little hot at times but still a fun and safe place to be. I love it!!!

This is a wonderful place to take your kids. I try to go once a week with my two children. Sometimes I think I have more fun in the play things than they do ha ha. Clean, safe, and nice (& cute) staff really help out. I recommend it to anyone with small kids & want to take them out for a good time on the weekend
