Initially, I almost lost my mind. I was tracking my daughter's prom dress on THE day of her prom, and the website said that "delivery was attempted, but recipient unavailable". I had been home ALL MORNING. I had my laptop open to their tracking site. I would do stuff around the house & refresh the screen in between chores. I watched as it left China, arrived in Ohio, and then finally closer. We were all on edge. We were counting down the hours to her prom & we didn't know if her dress would arrive in time for her to wear it. I had exchanged angry emails with China the day before about the delay in shipping out. I called the 800 number, then called the local #, & they said they would do their best. & THEY DID!!! IT GOT HERE JUST BEFORE 5PM & IT'S GORGEOUS & MY DAUGHTER IS GORGEOUS IN IT & I'M SOOOO HAPPY!!! THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!
