I was very happy with the service/people/price for the first 3 times I called them for various plumbing reasons. The last time a guy could not figure out one of the problems and said he would ask his master plumber and get back to me. Over 2 months now, and 3 of my phone calls with messages (1 on vm & 2 w person) and still no response. So I called Wolfe Plumbing & Heating in Albany, they looked at the piping and immediately knew the problems and fixed them properly.
I called Apex, because Rooter man wouldn't give a me any pricing information and wanted to charge me $50 just to look at the problem ($150 if it was after 5 pm.) Apex was able to do the job for far less than anyone else and didn't charge a premium for after hours work. The plumber was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He had the job done in minutes. It's obvious to me that Apex doesn't need to overcharge, instead they offer great service and value repeat customers. Next time I have a plumbing problem I'm not bothering with anyone else...I'll call Apex!

I strongly recommend. Good people. NOT shysters or scammers. They want to get the customers issue resolved -- in and out ASAP!
These guys were pretty quick getting to my house and doing a spot repair, but they had to dig up my driveway to do it. Now that the digging job is done and paid for, they can't be bothered to fix the driveway which was part of the job. Don't pay for the job with these guys until it is all done!!
Although more expensive than hiring a local plumber ($160 to unclog a tub (neighbor hired plumber for same job and it cost $75)) they are efficient, professional, quick to respond and they will get the job done. Most important, they have all the equipment necessary to tackle any problem and, I trust them.
