I have lived in Terra Cotta for a long time. I can assess Terra Cotta is really close to banking, dining, shopping, and off course the strip, plus right on public transportation for those who may needed. One of the features I am most impressed, is that I love the floor plan, with a spacious, ample kitchen "nook" with very comfortable and plentiful covers. The moving paperwork process is extremely easy to fulfill with reasonable qualifying terms, and when you have time constrains due to a move that can be a blessing, specially when you feel no pressure due to a very low, or virtually no deposit to move in. The A/C. system is second to none, blowing cool almost immediately, with available maintenance even at odd night hours. I enjoy my stay here, because is out of the way of the main traffic flow of near by busy roads, yet, close enough to most key locations. My apartment related issues were always promptly resolved by the manager. She is always eager to greet and solve the residents issues personally on any given concern the residents may have. Also the manager is always easily reachable either at the managers office or via cell phone even after hours. So manager's help is always one phone call away and willing to meet with a smile no matter how heavy her load work is. It is a nice, comfortable apartment complex with a great location, and easy affordability, near the heart of the strip, making access to the community an easy step from almost any side of town with a relaxing atmosphere. I can attest to this with assurance that it is great comfortable environment to live on.
I moved in last year, and this place is great! I have a large dog. So when I moved to Las Vegas, I found out very quickly how hard it was going to be, to find not only a home for myself, but also a place that would allow me to have my dog. And after a few day of searching, I started to get truly frightened that I wasn't going to find a place for the both of us! I work at the Wynn, and another employee told me, she had the same problem when she was looking for a place. Check out - "Hampton Garden -They Love Large Dog's - She said! So I did. And to my amazment! Not only do they LOVE large dog's! They also really like Wynn employee's too. When I rented, they waived my application fee and my security deposit, because I work at the Wynn! That really help with my move in cost's. Once I moved into my apartment. I quickly found out how great this place is! The place is so clean, for having large dog's living here. My old apartment community never looked as good as this place! And I was paying way more rent, then I am now! The staff is so friendly ("You have to meet Daniel!"). They always have a smile and big hello for me. Everytime I go by the office to get my mail. It's really nice to feel welcome. The maintenance guy's are so good! Their very good at what they do and I have never had to wait more then a day to get a work order done! They change my light bulbs, when they go out. Or change my air filter, when ever I ask. The same day service, from them is such a blessing. I just wanted you to know, how happy me and my dog are, living at Hampton Garden!
To The Academy of Leasing Specialist I got many things to be grateful for in what has happen in my life. But as for now I am grateful that this man name Ross Fried has crossed my path. UPDATE: So after living here since 2013, boy have my views changed. While it still isn't entirely terrible to live here, this new management.... Wow. The office can seriously care less about you or your troubles, so you better never have troubles with rent. The late fees are crazy and you can't pay ahead of time in increments (only full amount), which was a nice convenience in the past. I still think it's a decent place to live for the cost. I just recently moved in and so far I love it. After reading all of the reviews, I honestly don't think I live in the same place as they do. Yes, further down the road the area gets ghetto, but Rebel Place is on the 'good' end. I haven't seen any fights or smashing of beer bottles in the parking lot and the noise level is average. Especially for being a student apartment (or basically advertising for students, hint 'Rebel' Place). I am a student and I know the dorms can be much louder than this. The apartment itself is a decent size. Again, if you're a student, you'll appreciate it in comparison to living in dorms (UNLV does not have private bedrooms, you'll have to get a single room which will cost more). I love that I have my own bathroom and my roommates are nice (the survey is useful, NOT a waste of time to get roommates similar to you).
My Husband and I had to make a trip to Vegas over the summer because my Aunt was ill and she needed help and staying with her wasn’t an option because of no room. I had gone online to search for the best deal and something that would fit our needs and our budget. I came across Siegel Suites and found it very affordable and what I needed so, I looked into it further and found I liked it even more. Unfortunately, I also knew things always looked better on paper. When we arrived in Vegas we went to a motel first and the following day we went to Siegel suites and met with the Manager and her staff, who were very welcoming. I was very impressed, the apartment we rented was perfect for us, it had a homey atmosphere and it was clean, the carpet looked new as well as the tiled flooring. The staff was all very nice and accommodating. Plus the money we saved by staying at the Siegel suites, we were able to cook our meals rather than going out every day and that’s a big savings plus, we didn't have to worry about utility bills, everything and I mean everything was included in the rent. Siegel Suites has a lot more to offer, but, they’re not a hotel they are apartments but, you can pay monthly or weekly. I was very impressed. I would definitely stay there again.
Since moving in here, i have not had any issues at all. The staff is all new and seem to be really nice and on top of their game. I have heard about things in the past and doing some research, I understand that REBEL PLACE (this place) and REBEL HOUSE (a nasty place) are often confused in stories of things bad happening. This place has been super safe, clean and mostly quiet. I only hear the people above me occassionaly. The pools with a shallow lounging pool and then a HUGE 40 person hot tup and then a regular swimming pool with big screen tv, wet bar and bbq are awesome. The staff is always throwing pool parties and giving stuff away like free gas cards is great. The game room is AMAZING but i never see anyone in using it. I've shot pool a couple times and watched TV on the huge tv they have... This is STUDENT HOUSING... it's not here for families with children or adults. this is upscale CLEAN, NICE, NEW apartments for STUDENTS.... i really dont know what you are complaining about..... the guards that were hired walk the property and I haven't heard of any issues in the couple months i've been here... cheers to the new manager and her staff for turning this place around!
Ok so after reading the reviews the negative ones they probably got evicted or caused problems here...I came from Alaska and had to do everything online. So we all know that you can make anything look good online...but I have to say when I got here I was impressed how they look online is how they look....very nice and clean...staff is on point..polite..helpful..and get the job done..and maintenance is awesome.. put in a request it is done same day or next day.. the place is immaculate they clean around here constantly 7 days a week you will see them cleaning...And Bernice (bernie) you do a awesome job not to mention very kind...thr only thing bad I could say does not have to do with staff maintenance or housekeeping..it has to do with the tenantslipper who let their dogs crap everywhere and do not clean up after them...you all nasty...but I have to say Bernice be on it next day cleaning up behind your pets...I don't understand this cuz the provide poop bags for you to clean up..just lazy....ANYWAYS THANK YOU TO STAFF EXPECIALLY MIMI...MAINTENANCE AND HOUSEKEEPING...EXPECIALLY BERNICE..JOB WELL DONE THANK YOU FROM JACKIE&JOHNNY WARREN
This place isn't worth renting from. My lease is almost up and I have to say that the parking here isn't good at all, it is hard to find parking and that's if you have more than one vehicle. If you want a garage or a double garage they make you pay more. Then if something breaks in your home you must stay on top of the staff here, because for instance my wash machine is broken and almost 4 days have gone by for them to fix it and that of course is due to other tenants, but hey I am paying here to. Other things for example is like the gym here, someone always steals the metal clips for the weights, then there is the young crowd hanging out in the gym doing nothing, but waiting for the basketball court, the gym isn't a waiting room. Then our dishwasher broke and it took the staff here to get someone out in two weeks to fix it, then our disposal went and once more we had to wait roughly three days again. I asked around to see if we were the only ones having this problem and were not, in fact I watched 4 families, so far move out and pay the early fee for leaving, because of the problems here.
Before I write my intended review, I wanted to say how surprised I am by the two below....they seem a bit exaggerated to say the least. This is one of the nicer buildings in the Centennial Hills area. I could have moved anywhere, but this is like a mini resort I wanted to take this time to compliment the staff at the Loreto and Palacio apartments. I have been living here for over 7 months, and from the Manager (Neoma) to the rental office (Yvonne in particular) and maintenance crew (Louie, Greg and Jimmy), I could not be more satisfied with the way they run things. I am a very picky tenant, so when I spot things I notify them, and they get them fixed in a timely manner. Like any place this one runs into problems now and then, but with the work ethic I see from everyone here I believe they strive to make the apartment I live at as pleasant an experience as I could ever want. I do not write reviews often, and I take pride in putting my name behind them, so I feel pretty good about this one. Thank you to all the above mentioned. Sincerely, Kenny P.
“Comfortable, Clean and Convenient” I look at several apartments before deciding on this one. It’s located in the south east area of town, great place if you want to save money and be at a convenient location since it only takes a few minutes to get to all areas of town I needed something central since I have to drive to different parts of the city. I didn’t want to over spend for just a place to live since I’m not home most of the time especially since I live in Vegas. There are about 5 different local casinos within 5 minutes of each other. They have bowling alleys, movie theaters, restaurants, stores. They have a super Wal-Mart just 4 blocks down by the casino. There’s a small hole on the wall sports bar with a good kitchen behind the property Ace’s & Ales. You can always walk home if you need to get take-out? They have several major bus lines that pass just two blocks down by the casino if you don’t have a car? It takes 10 minutes to walk home from Sam’s Town or It’s just 3 blocks away from the property if you decide to drive, So far It’s a great location.
