We flew 5500 miles to have our commitment ceremony in Las Vegas a few months ago. With no expectations, but in the mood to have a nice weekend to get our ceremony done, we were very welcomed at Las Vegas. There are a lot of comments on the Sweethearts Chapel, very bad and really good reviews. But we feel that it has all to do with expectations. We wanted a bit campy, overdone ceremony.. with Elvis !! Hey.. Its Las Vegas !! And for our goal the next door Adult Shop, The Bars before the windows and the little bit old fashioned interior was part of our fun. What the chapel made our 4 stars review worth it, was that they have given us the feeling of having our ceremony well done organized, so far away from home. If you want to have a prince and princess like dream wedding, then marry in a Castle. Kathy / Eren is nice to talk with and gives you the feeling of having every detail well arranged. The photographer is a young guy and he knows how to handle a camera. But hey, Kathy is also the manager and salesperson and the photographer is a relative who makes pictures for a nice memory. After reading the website of SHC and the packages your expectations in this chapel might be higher then it is in reality, but look at your own facebook, aren’t we all only talking about how nice and fun our life is ? As written before, to marry in a castle you need to be in one. If you want high class star photographer photo’s you need to hire one (and they cost at least $ 500,-). And yes, view the wedding packages carefully and stay responsible for your choice to hand out the whole organization including the budget or stay focused, think smart and be in charge of your budget. So decide for yourself what kind of wedding you want and then pay the price for what it’s worth. Our Ceremony was just a 30 minutes part of our upcoming live, where we confirmed that we really love each other and stay together till dead do us part. At the end for true love it doesn't matter if your ceremony is at a castle or any other place like the Sweethearts chapel.

It was our 25th anniversary on December 10, 2011 and I wanted to make a surprise renewal ceremony to my wife in Las Vegas. Since we live in Orange County, CA, online search was the best option for me. I have read lots of reviews about wedding chapels in Las Vegas. It was really hard to pick one by online search but there was no other option. Finally I have decided to contact Mon Bel Ami because their reviews were mostly good. From the first day to the ceremony time, Mon Bel Ami took care of everything and handled all my requests so well. They have accomplished everything what’s written on the agreement, they are amazing people. It was a surprise ceremony for my wife and she did not know that there would be around 30 people when she entered in the ceremony room. But before the ceremony they got her in the bridal room and pretended there was nobody inside. At the same, they got all our guests who were waiting at the rear parking, in the ceremony room quietly. Everything was well organized by them. It was an unforgettable surprise for my wife. Everything worked as we planned with the help and friendly attitudes of Mon Bel Ami employees. The place is clean and brilliant. I can honestly say that I recommend Mon Bel Ami to everybody who would like to get a friendly and professional service. The other important subject for me was taking photos. During my online search, I realized that photo was an issue and everybody was complaining about it. I’ve asked some questions to Mon Bel Ami about photos and the answers were ok. Before our ceremony, the photographer, Dave asked me what I wanted and he did what we agreed, there was no hard selling for extra photos. He was so helpful and friendly. Jerad and I would like to leave a testimonial to the great services you and your staff provide. We were married 04-12-2011 at 6:00 pm. 14 in attendance at your Las Vegas wedding venues - Lakeside. Found you on the internet and knew immediately this was the perfect surrounding for our wedding. It was off the Vegas strip (most important) and in a beautiful/quiet community. I had called the staff several times to change types of flower, number of flowers and corsages etc, they were always very nice and I NEVER felt like a bother. The groom was very late for the wedding due to a limo service I HAD BOOKED (not the service Always and Forever suggested), fortunately we had booked extra time at the site. The young lady organizing the event this day was absolutely wonderful - great personality, great person - , she just rolled with the set backs and everything fell into place. The photographer was AMAZING, she took great pics and was very personable to EVERYONE. The flowers I picked were calla lillies - purple. They were darker than Id have liked however they were very FRESH and well arranged - not disappointed! Clergy very funny and great at making the environment fun and calm - he was perfect for our personalities. Jackie the limo driver was absolutely GREAT, this lady is a person of culture and wisdom, she is a true asset to your team. This was a wonderful experience! Would recommend this location without a doubt not to mention April in Vegas is wonderful - everything was in bloom and temp of 70-75 F.
