They are the most helpful friendliest girls ever! Crystal & Laura are a great team, I drive 10 miles out of my way to to go the their store. They are very honost and explain each type of shipping method available. I also want to comment on one of the posts I read on here. It's the gift card one. Did you know that the girls are video taped? And very honost!?! Also they ask what your sending so they can send it the safest and guaranteed way! Last year I know for a fact, the postal service FIRED their own employee's for stealing checks, gift cards, gifts etc....That's why the postal service is not doing so well. All the claims they have is horrible not to mention the customer service. Being an adult and using the mail service I know, sending through the mail is not the safest or guaranteed way. I have had thing lost and stolen and guess what....That wasn't at the UPS store, it was the main post office. UPS maybe a bit more costly but at least your given a tracking number, insurance and it's guaranteed. Crystal & Laura....keep being your free spirited, kind, and honost selves. It's very rare to see such young girls have the work ethics you two have. Sincerley your #1 customer. I really hope the owner of the store see's that you two are what makes the store successful. He has the best employee and manager that's ever worked at this location!!!!!
Eric and his team are quick and courteous with all their services. Straightforward company that seems to thrive from referrals, repeat customers, and impressive value. The mail boxes at Mail Link Plus are extremely affordable and their online interface is easy to use, and especially useful to Nevada businesses that are registered as LLC or corporations that require a remote mail management service. Billing is online via PayPal or credit card, and scheduling forwarding times and checking the contents of your mail box is very simple. Reliability in this industry is key, and the folks here won't disappoint you.
Pros: 1. Very decent price. 2. Will never lose your mail. 3. Open 6 days a week. 4. Will meticulously log in every piece of mail you receive. 5. Will refund the money if challenged (see below). 6. Owns a very cute and friendly dog that greets customers. Cons: 1. Sloppy forwarding: will not respect the day or the type of service you choose. 2. Will overcharge you for forwarding – ALWAYS QUESTION HIS CHARGES. Chances are the prices are inflated by about 30%. He will refund the money when caught. 3. Will never admit he has done anything wrong – get ready to hear various excuses for why things went wrong.
