About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and the amount of useful content in the listing, such as consumer reviews, detailed descriptions and photos, to help you evaluate a business's suitability for you. In addition, YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results on our sites and apps, and they may appear in sponsored listings on the top or side of the search results page.

No real complaints for our 3 day/2 night stay here. Total cost was only $136, but thanks to the Hotels Tonight App, we actually got away with only paying the $20/day resort fee. Not too shabby... The studio suite was more than enough room for us 2, plus maybe an additional 2 or 3 people. There was a separate carpeted living room area with TV, couch, armchair, coffee table. The sleeping area had laminate floors that looked like mahogany. I appreciated that cuz it didn't freeze my feet walking barefoot there. Each side of the bed had its own nightstand and lamp. The sleeping area also had a TV. Yes, two big screen TVs essentially side by side. We barely even turned them on since the view from our 19th-floor room was gorgeous. The entire east wall was a glass window. At the very entrance of the room, there was a kitchenette with marble flooring. Two fridges. One with a stocked "mini bar" that included juice and candy bars as well as alcohol. Bottom fridge was for our own perishables. Toaster was provided, but we failed to find a coffeemaker. Its a two burner electric stove in the kitchen. We didn't get to use, though. The marble flooring continues into the restroom, which also has its own TV. There is a beautiful shower/jacuzzi. The shower has both a hand held extendable shower head and an overhead rainfall type shower head. Your choice. The shower is only the one slight complaint I had. I ran out of hot water after only being in the shower about 10 mins. Apparently my travel partner had no issues, though. The shower is housed by translucent partitions separating the sleep area, so you actually do see the silhouette of the person showering. I would definitely stay here again. Its also nice that this place is off strip, but still nearby. You don't really have to deal with the traffic of the strip, but its still close enough that you can get there fairly fast (and cheap if using a taxi). PS. If you decide to install the Hotels Tonight App, pls use my referral code "Ssaenz3". It will get you an immediate $25 credit, and we get bonuses for referrals. Yay for rewards.

Just so you know the Truth

In response to the bashing below... I'm the hairstylist who had to take over this client's service from a co-worker because this woman had her so confused and conflicted as to what she really wanted that she asked for my help... And I never told this lady that her hair was cut all to hell, only that adjustments needed to be made in order to give her what she wanted. I can also assure you that Evolve Salon did everything possible to make this client happy... In the end, she indeed assured me that she liked her hair before paying and tipping after her visit. One hour later her aunt called the salon from CA., ranting very belligerently that she was going to sue the sh** out of us and was rude beyond belief to the owner who was trying to help resolve the issue. This all boils down to MONEY MONEY MONEY, as this woman obviously feels that we should have given her FREE services not once but twice! Ask yourself this; If she were so unhappy with our salon and the professionals who work there why would she have returned? Trust me, this lady is a complete nut-case who quite obviously feels that it's now her mission to bash and trash our fine salon and the reputations of our highly trained stylists all over the web. I would have told her aunt to screw off too, if in fact that was ever said, which I highly doubt! Her entire review of Evolve Salon is completely without merit and I wanted the public to know, as I can again assure you that we here at Evolve Salon are highly trained salon professionals committed to excellence and client satisfaction. We are not however mental health professionals or a psychiatric office! I can only hope that this woman keeps her word and that we NEVER see her in our salon again! And if you are a salon owner or stylist, all I can say is that I hope you're not this woman's next stop! And to top it all off, this lady is a second grade teacher? Thank God I don't have a kid in her class! Sincerely Yours, Edward Aalam Master Colorist and Stylist

Las Vegas Recovery Center

I give their holistic Pain Recovery Program 5 stars, but their entire program has improved dramatically in the 11 years they have been in business. Las Vegas Recovery Center has a new CEO, Johanna O'flaherty who formerly worked for Betty Ford Center. Her focus is on clinical excellence and treating trauma along side addiction. They continue to make updates to their facility, have an extremely dedicated staff, are involved in their community and are committed to an intimate healing setting and providing long-term support for their clients through their alumni association.Their 10 year old chronic pain treatment program has grown and improved substantially. They are one of, if not he only, pain program(s) to publish their program outcome averages on their website here: http://lasvegasrecovery.com/Chronic-Pain-Treatment/evidence-that-our-chronic-pain-treatment-program-works.All programs are still led by Mel Pohl. He is well known and respected throughout the field of addiction. I know many people who have thanked him personally. He has gained a lot of respect from forward thinking medical experts for maintaining his stance that opiates are not a cure for chronic pain and there are better ways to treat chronic pain than treating opiates. Anyone who knows anything about chronic pain treatment knows the field is gravitating towards programs like the one he created a decade ago. While Las Vegas Recovery Center is a highly qualified addiction treatment facility, there simply is no more comprehensive holistic chronic pain treatment program out there. If you have chronic pain and would like to stop taking prescription medication and want to get your life back, this is where you should go. If you are close to Las Vegas, NV and want the best addiction treatment doctor in the state, there is noone more qualified than Mel Pohl in Las Vegas.
