I came to the store looking and maybe buying a sewing machine. When I meet Carol and I bought my Topaz. Loved it ,but a month later I meet Glenda and traded up for my saphire, for the embroidery part of the machine. I was taking the free classes that are offered, when I met Pat. and again I traded up for my DIAMOND (The joy of sewing and embroidery all in one, with the largest hoop out there on the market). The ladys there make you feel very welcomed, along with not making you feel stuped when I ask a ?. I was attening one of my classes with Pat when she had to stop the class to help a costumer, and answere the phone. Pat was the only one working. The class asked where is your help, was told they had to down size. Glenda was laid off, she will be truly missed by many along with myself. If you are looking to buy a sewing machine or even have a ?, this is the place to come. You will not regrate it.
Oh my goodness! The customer service was the best!! I am an on and off quilter for several years. When my creative mojo strikes it hits me hard! I have had my pfaff sewing machine for around 10 years! Darn thing jammed up on me right in the middle of my mojo... Went to the shop, was reassured I didn't break anything immediately... Was told my machine would be better than ever after a routine maintenance. I was a bit frustrated to have my mojo to sew but no machine... I was given a loaner until my machine was ready! Holy cow!!! Yeah!!! Great service, good price... What more can you ask?
