My name is Raquel Marquez and I want to share this with you. I went through the drive thru this morning at about 7:45 am (11/5) and my total came to approx. $3.82. I gave the young man what I thought were 16 quarters. He counted the coins and then said to me "sorry ma'am, but you gave me 8 Susan B Anthony coins, so I can either take the dollars and return your quarters or you can pay the balance with regular quarters." I was so impressed that I thanked him and did not get his name. I do not know what kind of acknowledgement is given to your employees, but this young man deserves something. I would never had known what I did because I was not even aware that I had these coins. Please let him know that he made my day, I thought there were no honest persons left in this town. This McDonald's is located at Paradise and Twain/Sands. Sincerely, Raquel Marquez

This restaurant is just ok! This neighborhood is half white and half Mexican. The employees seem to only speak Spanish and have a hard time understanding my order. Once I received something I didn't order instead of the hamburger I wanted. I always have to ask for help in bringing my tray to me when the order is ready. I am disabled and unable to carry my tray of food and drink to a table. Also, when I ask for assistance they just seem to stare at me and I'm not sure they understand what I need when I go to a table. The employees only speak Spanish to one another, which is sometimes uncomfortable because each of them are staring at me the whole time I'm in the restaurant. I think they should have at least one English speaking employee to switch places when needed.
Jack in the Box always has great tasting food. This store is very, very clean! Every time I've been in to have lunch after shopping, there have been no crumbs on any of the tables. They are very quick, always smile, and are very kind to bring my tray of food over to my table when it's ready. I am disabled and don't even have to ask for assistance, they always volunteer to bring me my food. When the Paratransit Bus comes to pick me up right at the front door, an employee and sometimes a customer will hold the door open for me. It's such a pleasure to eat here after a hectic day of shopping. You should give them an award!
