I LOVED this place from the first time I ordered it. The employees were friendly and the delivery was quick but about 4-5 months ago everything changed...the owner became aggressive and down right mean at times. I understand that times are hard for small businesses but don't take it out on your customers. The food which was always delicious lost it's flavor. The toppings were cheap yet the prices went up. He would have online specials but when you asked for the total, it would differ from the online price. In fact, depending on his mood you would know if you were getting a fair price or his "I can't honor the online price because I'm losing money" price. It is just odd. Despite all of that, I still loved the food. John makes the Buffalo pizza and wings so delicious you can't stop coming. That was until one night I ordered from them and found hair...hair in my pizza!!! Not to mention the spice was overly hot and not edible. I called to complain and the owner screamed at me about "not being able to afford replacing my meal that I complained about... As much as I loved thier food, its principal and I cannot give in. He was wrong for yelling at me and is wrong for picking and choosing his prices based on his mood :(
Hands down my favorite pizza place in town! Not only is the pizza absolutely delicious, but customer service is outstanding. My husband and I went there a while back and were very impressed by their service. A while after ordering our food, our waiter comes out and apologizes for the wait because they had messed up our order in the back. He brings out the pizza that they had "messed up" on (they just added something that wasn't on it, no big deal AT ALL!) and says that if we want that one, he can keep it heated to take home with us, free of charge. We said it was no big deal and that we can just eat that one, but he insisted that we allow them to bring out the correct order. Then the manager comes by and apologizes to us, as well. Even though it was absolutely no big deal to us, we were impressed with how they handled it. They could have just thrown the pizza out (like most places do!), but instead, gave that pizza to us plus our other one. Every visit after this one has been wonderful, as well. Even if the pizza wasn't so great, I think I'd still come here just for the customer service!
I Love pizza, however its very hard to find a decent pie in LasVegas, the trick behind getting a great pizza at little ceasars is how you order it,i personally do not care for little ceasars if you just grab a pizza and go,or just order it normally w/out special instructions. In fact without my tip the pizza sucks!!! Take a large pep for instance,if you want the best pizza around for under 6 bucks order it like this: hello i want a large pep, extra sauce, well done.... period, its that simple. it is like night&day difference, its extremely good and you wouldnt even believe its little ceasars, and that goes with any size, type or finish for ceasars.......... I would put little ceasars up against any pizzaria,in town so long as its ordered properly, not only is it made fresh, but its not soggy, and its delicious.... Just try it ordered that way and you will have found the best pizza deal in the country, 5.55 for a large tasty pep pizza? Yep little ceasars all the way man!!!!!
I friend and I met for lunch at this little dive in a strip mall, neither of us had ever been there before, we went because we had a gift certificate. It was not a fancy place, you order at the counter, so I was expecting something like Villa Pizza. Boy was I wrong! It was way better than any Villa Pizza! It was the best tasting pizza crust I had ever tasted! My friend and I ordered a garlic chicken pizza, a greek salad, and a khachapouri (I know, sounds East Indian to me too)? The khachapouri was my favorite thing, it's like a pizza, oval-shaped, with feta cheese, mozzerella, butter, and egg. We were really pleasantly surprised at how good the food was, and would recommend this place to friends and family.
We were in Vegas for the weekend and wanted to eat pizza but it was late Sunday night and most places were closing or already closed. We found this place and decided to give it a shot and I am so happy we did. The pizza was delicious. I was recently in Italy were I had the best pizza I've ever tasted but since I have been back I have to say that this place was the first place were the pizza tasted similar to the pizza in Italy. Also the customer service was wonderful. We dinned in and the gentleman that helped us was so nice and friendly. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. Next time I am in Vegas I will definetly make sure I stop here for some yummy pizza!!
It took a while for the pizza to get here but over all, Joanna was the best manager I have ever spoken to, after I called her and spoke to her she let me understand what the situation was , and i perfectly understood why my pizza came so late and having new employees can be difficult at times and it's not her fault, she was very understanding , we even chatted a little while and it made me calm down and I was happy and laughing and I absolutely forgot that my pizza came late , so thank you once again Joanna , you did perfect . Sorry for the misunderstanding. Please if you guys don't mind printing this review out and posting it somewhere she can see cause I really appreciated her assistance.
The pizza is great. Not one of those places that promises good pizza, but one that delivers. You can even taste the cheese. All I have to say that Pizza Hut and Dominos better watch out. The service is great. It doesn't take an hour and a half to get it and it's always nice and hot. Believe it's not one of those frozen pizzas that they have on sale. It's a pizza that you would share with your family and fiends. Don't take my word for it. Try it yourself. I know you will love it. Just so you know the reason I found this place it is right down the street, and I got a flyer on my door. Pizza Hut is even closer, but dilivered a cold high dollar pizza. That's why I wanted to share my story.
I'm Sofia's new fan. I was heading to the new terminal at Mcarren and saw Sofia's sign before I turned the corner. Parked in the gas station parking lot and walked on over. The Cheesesteak special was only 5.00 plus tax so I thought I'd give it a try. It was great! Very generous helping and the fries surrounded the cheesey goodness. Definitely a feel good special and I would try it again. I look forward to checking out the pizzas. Based upon the reviews they sound just as great, if not more. I got the impression that they were very busy, so I would recommend calling ahead. She had it ready to go within 10 minutes though which I was very impressed about!
I only happened upon this place because they left a delivery menu on my door. Since that first time I ordered, I am ADDICTED. I have never eaten their pizza so I can't testify to that, but their Italian food is sososo yummy. I think I've tried everything on the Baked Pasta &amp;amp; Specials part of the menu. My fave is the baked ravioli. Sometimes I can't make up my mind and I'll get Whole Lotta Pasta which is incredible. Oh. . .and get the garlic balls! God, they are good. I order from Napoli probably once every 3 weeks for delivery to my apartment. Never had a problem with my order and the food is so good. You won't be sorry.
The moment you walk into the restaurant your greeted by a cheery employee. This is a buffet style pizza place. They have salad, soup, pizza and dessert. The Pizza is great, they have a wide variety. And if they don't have a particular one made they will make it and deliver a couple slices to your table. I love, love the macaroni & cheese pizza; I know it sounds strange - but try it! They have desserts, brownies and cinnamon rolls. The rolls are awesome, get them when they are warm - yummy! They rival Cinabons! Anyway, great price and a great place to bring the family, they have a arcade at the back of the restaurant.
