Williams Pest Control

I was using this company for 4 months.They never really did anything to get rid of my problem. So I Stop using them. I was paying them and all of a suddon couldn't get a response from any of the phone numbers I was calling to finish paying. I Left several messages trying to pay them. I couldn't believe I had to go to this extent to pay a company for service who ever is in charge of billing isn't doing a great job. I get a call several months later asking me to pay for service I never recived. VERY UPSETTING. Now there threating me with sending me to collection. WORST COMPANY!! BEWARE!!! Save your time and money and find a diffrent company. You don't want to go through the trouble.

We've been using them for around a year now and they have been great. No complaints. Very professional and friendly.

Williams Pest Control is unprofessional, does mediocre work, and are borderline cons. When I called for a quote for pigeon removal and screening, Ian (who told me he’s one of the owners) was very nice and helpful. But that all changed from the moment the work actually began. The tech, Josh (who is in need of a lot of training), was an hour and a half late. I called Williams when he was 45 minutes late but got voicemail. When I asked why he was late and did not call, his excuse was “Uhh, it’s Monday.” I should have cancelled the job then but was so tired of the pigeons, I just wanted them removed. Halfway through the job, Josh leaves with all the equipment in our front yard. I assumed he went to lunch until he was gone for 3 hours!! I called Williams and Ian answered. Ian stated Josh left for more supplies. Josh came back while I was on the phone and he said "the owner" called him to another project. I asked Ian point blank if he was lying. He said Josh must have been confused and there are two owners. The project took 7 hours (I was assured it would take no longer than 4) and the screens look OK. But less than 48 hours later, pigeons had gotten behind one of the screens. I called and surprise, got voicemail. Josh returned my call 5 hours later and said it would take up to 2 weeks for pigeons to leave our roof – obviously very confused because he couldn't understand why I was upset. He came to the house and saw the pigeons behind the screening. He said he was going to double screen the area to prevent this in the future. When asked why he didn’t do that in the first place his answer was “I was out late the night before and was really tired.” At least he’s honest unlike Ian. I had to prompt Josh to double screen all the areas. It’s been a week and we haven’t had any problems since. Save yourself time and headaches - avoid this company. I don’t know who’s been more difficult to deal with; the pigeons or Williams Pest Control.
