Horrible, Unprofessional, They did not a car available for me when I reserved my car a week ahead of time, an employee was driving one of the vehicles, the one they were going to provide for me, and he needed to clean the SUV 1st, so they gave another vehicle that was dropped off my a consumer 10- minutes before I got there, I was actually talking to this consumer and saw him drop off the car we were parked next to one another, the car was never cleaned, so the facility just went inside grab the trash, and said sorry our cleaners arent here there running late,and our machine isnt here to clean the cars. but we threw the trash out, the car did not have a full tank of gas, and to top it off, when the front desk clerk walked me out to look at the car he closed the front lobby door behind us both to lock it as he was the only employee there and says to me in front of my son , GET OUT (move it move it) all joking and laughing as if I was in a joking mood) He told me I haven't done my reports yet so this is going to take a minute to get you checked in, I've never had anyone pick up a car this early, my reply was dont you check your reservations, I made it a week ago for 6:00am I did not get out of there facility until 6:40am, I requested a discount for the car being dirty and was advised he could offer me $5.00 off, I thought seriously, its cost $15.99 for a basic clean at the car wash, he disputed this but then his own shuttle driver confirmed was I said, I was upset because now I was a half hour behind schedule because he was not prepared or ready to take customers and I was the only customer their, and I advised him I had to be outta here I am going to be late. I chose this location rather then the airport so I wouldnt have to wait get in/out it didnt matter. When I dropped off my car, there were (2) men there and a women at the desk this time, who were complaining about there car and also had pictures, and her reply was, email customer service theirs nothing I can do. HORRIBLE place they need there employees trained properly. reporting to BBB.

This company makes you feel as your family .Rates very competitive if not better with VIP service ,would never rent anywhere else when in Vegas. Robert Smith

Talk about accommodating a car rental reservation, 5 star customer service! Benji and Jackie did a great job of getting us a great car. They were very informative and had great costumer service

The pricing to rent a car cannot be beat and car was brand new. Got a Hyundai 4-door for $10 a day with unlimited miles. Full tank of gas to start and gas station right next to rental so when you fill back up..not wasting gas.
My sister and I drove from Vegas to Arizona and only used 1/2 tank gas.
Was a great experiece using them for first time. I highly recommend.

Excellent customer service!! I needed a car last minute for a week and the staff took such good care of me. The car I got was in great shape, clean, very well maintained. I was so happy with the car and the service that I extended my contract for two additional weeks. I will definitely rent from Sin City Car Rentals again, as a matter of fact when I am in Vegas I will never rent from anyone else!! Thank you guys so much for taking such great care of me, I look forward to my next trip and renting from you again!

Great company. I was in town for a convention and had a per-paid debit card . I coudn't rent from Enterprise and called these guys They arranged a shuttle to pick me up and they rent me a great car for a great price. thanks again!! Mark from Chicago
