I also had a nightmare deal with the Used Car Factory. We bought the first car there and had to take it back in exchange for a different car. The second car was worse except they kept the car and my down payment. We had both cars for less than 72 hours. The manager Nick is a fast talking scam artist and a piece of #@*&. The salesman Jose is a liar and acts like he don't know anything but yet he's in the middle of all this. I have filed a complaint with DMV and the attorney generals office about the way they operate. The owners name is Keith Harriman and he will never contact an irrate customer. If anyone is interested in picketing or teaming up to get our due then please contact me @ peraltalasvegas@hotmail.com. The companies better business bureau rating is an F. The rating should actually be F.U.

We had the worst experience with these people it is disgusting. They sold us a vehicle with issues, we did not get it off the lot with problems. They promised to fix and then lied about it and since the sale was already done, we were stuck. They avoided calls, faked work, lied and knew about the issues. They did all they could to avoid correcting things. This is the worst of the worst and they prey on those that don't have money and tout cheap cars I saw all kinds of downtrodden customers there, but beware, nothing is worth the nightmare of buying a car (for cash no less) from them. You are better off walking!
