I tried to cancel my reservation here litterally 5 minutes after I booked it. The manager cliff james was a complete jerk! He would not even listen to the words I was saying. He harassed me on the phone and had the guts to laugh at me when I told him I couldn't make my reservation because I was just in a car accident! I then asked to talk to his boss, after he treated me worse than I have EVER been treated, and he told me that the owner has nothing to do with the hotel and WON'T talk to me. He then told me I would be charged the FULL amount of the room! This man cliff James laughed at the thought of one of his customers getting into a car accident! That is the definition of a waste of human life. Never stay here!
