I went into Skin Factory last saturday to get my tongue pierced and their piercer was very nice and very helpful. She explained everything I needed to know about taking care of my new piercing, and even gave me her cell phone number to call or text her if I had any questions or problems. She was more than courteous in answering all my questions. They also charged less than half the price diversity would've charged for the same piercing, so that's a plus. I definitely recommend them!
