I am a long term resident over five years. Most of the staff know me by name and are always willing to help not only me but any one with whatever is needed. I picked this picked this location for the location and ease of access to transportation. I don't own a car but there are three different bus stops within eight hundred steps from my apartment that will get me any place I need to go. I am glad to call it home.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I advise anyone considering moving into ANY Siegel Suites location to look elsewhere! The staff is very rude, they lie,and call their own paying customers names. They also have a terrible bed bug infestation which BTW they blame on everyone but themselves. Oh, don't let me forget, this is my second time I have had to deal with them. I am pregnant and the stress alone from dealing with these people caused me to start going into premature labor, no kidding. If you're white you will be looked down on. They have no idea what good customer service even looks like. I had previously left a bad review on their Facebook but I guess they only want to hear about the good thing gs people say and not the bad because my post was deleted.

In and Out in Less Than A Week

I'll mention the 1 good thing and get it out of the way first: room sizes - pretty big - that's it.

We chose this place because it said it had Wi-Fi and Air conditioning included in the pretty hefty price for a 2-bedroom at over 1k a month. Could've lived with that, IF they had delivered these things - by the way, as I was just typing this, a cockroach ran across my bed...

Wi-fi works about 25% of the time, and then it's spotty. Cannot get signal at all in the bedrooms. You are given weekly device codes - wifi passwords - for each of your devices, and these passwords change - randomly - each week with no notice, so you have to go to the office & get a new password (which is really irrelevant, since the wi-fi hardly works.

The AC goes down to a whopping 78 degrees - so we were told as we were moving in, but I don't think we ever felt it get that low, so we had to outlay money on fans upon our arrival, after driving cross country. Don't be fooled by their internet adds!

We got a "furnished" apartment, and the furnishings are old. There is a TV that actually works, but did not have a remote, so ka-ching - more money spent on a remote. Lamps don't have lightbulbs in them. Water pressure from showers is only merely better than a trickle and it takes 5 minutes for the shower to adjust to the temp you think you want it at. Plus, there is no towel rail in the bathroom - WTH?!?

There are blinds on the windows, but individual blinds fall off the track onto the floor. We complained - a WEEK ago - that the locks going onto the patio doors were non-existent, plus we complained about the crappy wi-fi, and they said they'd be "right over", but that was 4 days ago...

Oh yeah - the refrigerator does not get down to a cool enough temperature to safely store food, so we outlayed more money on eating out.

The walls are thin - there is a 6-person family - yeah, SIX people above us, and the kids run around at all hours of the day and night and you can hear it all. There is a dude we have dubbed "Spider Man" because he uses our ground-floor bars on our patio as a launching pad to spring up to higher floors to distribute drugs. There are weird characters here, indeed and the place doesn't feel safe. They have 2 yappy little mutts above us which live on the patio all the time and bark all night.

If you haven't surmised it by now, this place is a slum; we chose it because of all the things it advertised in one price and because it allows dogs, but BEWARE - if you like your fridge luke-warm, your AC non-existent as well as the wi-Fi, and your cockroaches plentiful then by all means, come here.

This will be our 3rd Extended Stay at this Apartment facility in as many consecutive years. My wife and I love the location, well-kept facility, and friendly and helpful staff of Manager Rebekah Martinka. My wife, a Vietnamese National, could not have received a better First Impression of the US. Just watching people jump off The Stratosphere from your Apartment or Swimming Pool is enough to mark this facility as Exception and worth the reasonable price.

don't waste your time looking around go straight to Siegel Suites St. Louis. They have huge apartments and really cool people living there. The management and staff really make it feel like a family atomospher they are a lot of fun and really care about the families that live there.

I looked at other weekly apartments and nothing came close to the size and no one else has 2 bedroom / 2 bathrooms. The coolest thing is that because if Siegal Rewards I am able to earn points to buy stuff on line or even use it to pay my rent. NO OTHER weekly offers that I checked and was amazed that Siegel was the only company that cared enough about the tenants to actually give back to them.

If you are looking for a great place check out Siegel Suites St. Louis tell them that Kenny sent you.

Next time we go to vegas, we are staying there again. I loved that I could cook my own meals and save money from eating out. I walked to the art district nd experienced first Friday for the first time!! What a blast. The staff was so friendly and made sure to ask me every time they saw me if there was anything that they could do for me. WOW! Who would have thought that this kind of service existed any more. Keep up the great work, I'll be back!

First thing about this place, the 2 bedrooms are HUGE!!! I never thought I'd be steps from the Strip, with a TON of space, and not have to pay hundreds of dollars a night! Great staff as well. The bus stop is right across the street which makes for quick transport to any casino or attraction. Most of the units have great views of the Strip or Stratosphere as well. I am still shocked at how great a value this was and am looking forward to coming back!

Overall
great place to live

I stayed at some of the other weeklies in Las Vegas before moving to Siegel Suites St. Louis in July. I was amazed that I was able to find a really large 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms too. My wife and I don't have to share a bathroom with the kids its great. The staff is really friendly and always looking out for the people that live here. There are really nice families here and the kids have playmates and other kids to walk to school with. The coolest thing is the rewards program. Every time I pay rent I earn point that can be used to purchase things on line or even get free rent. What a great idea I was able to get the kids extra Christmas presents it was like free money. If you are looking for a place for your family check out Siegel Suites St Louis its the best!

Overall
great rooms for the price

I stayed at the Siegel Suites Paradise while in town for a month to work on a business deal. My room was clean and larger than I expected for the price I payed. It also had a kitchenett which was very convenient. The staff was always friendly and accomodating. Anything that went wrong was taken care of within the day. Great place for budget travelors. It was also very close to the strip and many great restaurants.
