This place is terrible, i called asking if they'll do x-rays there for something i knew was broken, and thy didn't explain a thing a just told me to come in, when i did, i had the pleasure of see in the owner, doctor and receptionist huddled and laughing while patients were in there waiting! i then got an absolute denial of everything they had told me over the phone, and while speaking to the receptionist i ask for a supervisor just to see her standing there listening the whole time and doing the same thing, denying what they said on the phone. i was then asked to pay to be seen just so they could tell me i need x-rays, this place needs to be closed and that women does not deserve her own establishment. Both the owner and the receptionist have no idea what hospitality is and can't keep their word. i do not recommend them for anything what so ever. Just go to a real hospital and don't waste your time or money.
This place seems cozy on the inside with nice comfy chair but that is where it stops. The receptionist / billing have no clue what they are doing. There attitude and demenor and refusual to even listen was obvious from the get go. I have excellent insurance and know pretty well what I have and don't have. They tried to tell me I have a $7,000 deductible, when I have a $0 deductible, which is why my payments are higher than normal. I told them I have a co pay of 25 for in network and 35 for out of network. Refused to listen and refused to even call and confirm the information. I left and went to a umc quick care, who took me and my insurance with only a co pay. I even told their billing people what happened, and they said it sounded like a scam or incompetence.
