Never have I been treated so rude! They kept sending me a bill for services in which my insurance covered. I called to speak to someone after speaking to my insurance, in which I was told they try to do this to get more money. The lady was rude and say 'she was not helping me unless I was paying'. I got her name and called back to complain. When I explained that I wanted to speak to someone to complain about this issue they hung up on me twice.
