After giving Pristine Cleaning over a week and a half to rectify out complaint I feel I am forced to write this review to protect others from this company. FIRST we were charged $180 for 3 Maids for 2 hours. My husband booked the appoitment with LORENZO and went in detail over what we wanted which was detailed focus on the bottom level of our home. We were expecting company later in the day and had a baby that was sick so we weren't able to clean and dust before hand. However our entire house was picked up. We needed oh hardwood floors swept and shined and baseboards cleaned. Upon arrival I re stated to the 3 maids the importance of the floors and they said upstairs? I said only if there is time. After about an hour I went downstairs to let our dogs out to go the bathroom and found one maid talking on her phone, one maid in the backyard and one cleaning the Fridge? I was NOT happy. The one maid was frightened by our large dog but continued on her call. I certainly do not talk on my phone at work, why are they? I'm not paying almost $50 and hour for services for them to have personal conversations. And why was the maid in the yard? I know it wasn't to find the trash cans because upon leaving they asked me where they were. Has actually pretty scary. As time passed they all went upstairs soto them they were "done" so I started cleaning up there shortcomings and soap lines while the baby napped. The one maid could sense that I was not happy and I showed her all the dust I was getting and she said " I did dishes and windows" UM great, now all my dishes are in the wrong place from the dishwasher and I'm doing what we paid for YOU to do. The. I found them in my bathroom which was odd, I didn't want them in there because I was trying to reorganize my products in there needless to say I found my electric curlers and hair ties in a dirty mop bucket with a bunch of trash? Gross. I stopped them right there because they were asking me to pay for more time I say no thanks . They then realized I was upset and started to scramble downstairs to do what they should have done which confirmed they did understand me in the first place. I started to use the little Spanish I know and then they really got he point. On the way out they happily took there tip ( only $20 I usually give more of course) and said in perfect English to call Lorenzo. We have used Tina's Maids and Molly Maids before and had wonderful results with less maids and less time for MUCH better prices. They were already booked that is why we went with Pristine. I immediately called Lotenzo and he forwarded me to Mitchell who really dropped the ball in Several ways. First he was totally misinformed about the 30 min, I only had 30 min until guests arrived I didn't only spend 30 min cleaning. I cleaned when the maids were upstairs about 30 min and another maybe 45 when they left. We were told we would be reimbursed for 30 min but after a week passed I called and then was told because we paid cash that they would credit my "account" for a future cleaning! Are you kidding me??????? Attached are the pictures of the cleaning I did, clearly the dirty swifter pad and Kleenex with dust shows they did NOT do an adequate job. At this point I am tempted to file a complaint with the better business bureau along with my pictures and emails from the company. I do NOT want anyone else to get hustled by this company! Also, they used MY cleaning products and the ones they used were practically tied together not adequate "professional cleaning" like they advertise. At these prices they should be in uniforms with top of the line cleaning products! This company was anything but PRISTINE! The pictures look like a "Before" not an "after".
Hiring a cleaning service is suppose to alleviate the time and stress of cleaning yourself , we feel totally ripped off.
