Male vs Female. I always thought females were the best puppies to have. I was always raised with girl dogs and that is what I always had in my family. I asked one of the ladies at the store what she thought about male dogs and she had good things to say about them. I fell in love with a male yorkie and had my doubts. So I left the store and I could not stop thinking about him. I went back and brought my puppy home. Gus “Gusto” is doing great and I cannot rave about him enough. Gus is so bright and he is the sunrise of my life. My coworkers love him he has a pretty large fan base. I take him to work with me everyday and he hangs out in my office all day. I get a lot of visitors daily as you can imagine. I don’t ever have to worry about finding a dogsitter I have a waiting list for Gus.

I had recenly lost two of my dogs only a few days apart. It was heartwrenching and my world seemed so dark and lonely. It had been almost 6 months but why did it feel so fresh? I had been slowly looking for a new puppy. I was highly recommended to this store by a close friend of mine who found love in a morkie adorable fun maggie. I live in San Diego so I had to make time to go to this store. I was blown away by the care and patience this young gentleman had for me and the other customers he was working with. I spent about 3 hours in the store spending time with the puppies and getting to know their personalities. I left to have lunch and think. My heart was drawn to this one particular yorkie. I went back to the store and adopted the yorkie and his brother. I always had two dogs. It has been over a year now and I am so pleased with my dogs. Everything that was promised was delivered and I was not let down at all. The support of the store was strong and passionate. The store manager took care of all my paperwork to fly the puppies home and they sent me home with everything I needed. I am a er nurse and I have referred many of my colleagues!

We approached our business 5 years ago with a mindset of doing what is right by the puppies, the customers, the breeders, the pet stores, and our hearts. I called almost every pet store in Las Vegas (many out of business now) and all of them said my prices were too high. When I explained that the money went to top quality breeders so I could get the best pups no one cared about that. I finally found Gloria and Ray. They thought like we did. They are now our only customers and our closest friends. We consider them family and usually vacation together. They are truly our partners.



However, we are also business people, and it just makes sense from a dollars and cents perspective as well. People do not want puppy mill pups! It’s that simple. We also do not want to support that industry. Almost every pet store buys puppy mill pups. Why….their cheaper and mean more profit. It's always about the money. It really is that simple. EVERY retailer, no matter what the product is, wants it as cheaply as possible. You can beat our prices…but not our quality, or doing what is right! We’ve seen so many puppy mills my heart hurts. 80% of the breeders that call us do not pass inspection. Some animal rights nuts are indeed nuts! But that does not necessarily mean their wrong. We’ve seen many puppy mills first hand. They are very sad places. It is very hard (and I've not always been able) to keep my mouth shut when I see some of the puppy mills animals rights folks are speaking of. I PROMISE YOU'LL NEVER SEE ONE IN PnP Pets.



We have built a reputation (with as much documentation as I can figure out how to offer) of NO PUPPY MILL PUPPIES! And customers support us for doing the right thing. I HAVE THE BEST JOB IN THE WORLD! It’s just a wonderful feeling knowing that you, the customers, approve of what we do and how we do it. I promise to always look for ways to do it better!

Ken, your video is absolutely a life saver. All the spoof about all the puppy mills had me torn. I wanted a dog so bad but I do not want a poorly breed dog. I lost my terrier, benji after 18 years. Back then we never had to worry about puppy mills. I have no friends or family out here so I need a companion. My career brings me to this town. I did my research about the pet stores in town and I refuse to buy a dog from any of them. Your store was the ONLY one that showed how you pick your puppies. Visiting the store only confirmed it. I adopted siblings, ginger and spice, they are doing fabulous. They were already potty trained and the playpen is working out great for my long work hours. I am completely satisfied and I could not have asked for anything more!

If you have not been to this store you must go! While searching for a puppy for my family I researched for a reputable store on the internet and asked coworkers and neighbors. I seen this store online and was very impressed with the website, videos and their excellent reviews. I was watching tv with my wife and kids and seen this store on television! I went in by myself and found the perfect puppy for my family. I planned on just checking the store out but gloria was so knowledgable and she knew what would be perfect for my family. My kids love her and my wife (who was not on board with me) is letting her sleep in bed with us! We named her cupcake because she is just sweet as can be. She checked out healthy at the animal hopsital and seems to be very happy with us. I am so happy with the service and the kindness that I received and will definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a reputable store to buy a puppy.

I am regular VIP member at the Wynn Resort & Casino Las Vegas. I asked the nice woman from VIP Concierge to find me a reputable pet store that had teacup Yorkshire puppies. This store was in fact highly recommended to me by VIP Concierge. I called the store and spoke to Gloria woman of high knowledge and kind to me. She asked me what I was looking for in specific. We set an appointment time and she brought 2 adorable yorkie's directly to my personal suite. The service was fantastic and very high class. The yorkie's were so friendly and so sweet I could not choose between the two brothers and I didn't want to seperate them so I took both of them!!! I gifted one to my wife of 27 years and the other one to my assistant. It was the best gift I ever gave to my wife, I should have done this a long time ago. I find that it was the perfect timing and this store provided the nicest quality puppies with excellent VIP service. Thank you for making my wife so joyful.

I found this pet store on the internet. I went to their website and it was really nice. It has some great information, a great video that shows how they get their puppies and some really adorable pictures of puppies. I had to go see this store after visiting their website and reading all their great reviews. WOW...the store is amazing from their puppies to boutique to their customer service. They really care about their puppies, I cannot emphasize that enough. They don't allow their puppies to be handled if you are not looking for a puppy. I think that shows that they care about the best interest of the puppies. I couldn't decide which puppy I liked I felt like a kid in a candy shop. I played with a couple different breeds and made a decision on a maltese. He stole my heart. I am so happy with him. Thank you for bringing "Zac" into my life.

I purchased a maltese puppy from your store last year and I recently came in and purchased a poodle from you. He is doing so good. He loves Daisy and they get along so well. Its like they loved they each from the moment they met. It's so cute to see them play together. The two of them bring so much joy into my life. If I have a bad day, it brightens my day to see how happy they are to see me and all they want to do is love me. You have awesome breeders, everytime I come to your store your puppies are all so healthy and they all look so good! I did not know that so many of my coworkers had purchased puppies from your store too. We were talking about starting a Prince & Princess Dog Club so we can get together and have "playdates" with our dogs! We love your store because you take such good care of your puppies. You make a positive difference. Your store is the best pet store in las vegas!

My daughter gragged me into this store, she kept ranting and raving that this place had the cutest puppies. Sure enough as soon as a stepped in I knew what all the fuss was about. They had so many cute puppies it was hard for me to know where to look. The store was clean, though it smelled like bleach in the store, im guessing thats what they used to clean. Sure enough... I fell in love with a tiny little chihuahua. I had no intention of getting a dog but i couldnt resist. I had to have her that day. They sent her home with a little dress and all. She looked like a little diva by the time we left. I will definitly be back to buy "hannah" more clothes.
