We have read your complaint and it has been discussed within the quality review process of our office. All client complaints are taken seriously and we want to assure you that the issue you state above was brought to our attention and is being addressed. While we can understand your frustration the result of our that the cruiseline did not include your air itinerary with the final documents. Our agent tried successfully to rectify the situation under these cirumstances and the supervisor next day even upgraded you for free. We have implemented a new system to provide better and more detailed information with the final documents to prevent issues and misunderstandings as such. Thank you for your patronage and for bringing these concerns to our attention. We certainly do not wish to loose you as a valued customer.
