Pink Ladies Cleaning Service

I was really happy with the cleaning service. They had three girls (more than the 2 I was expecting) come to clean my place. They were very professional and the cleaned everything spotlessly. They did an amazing job and everything looked great when they were done. The owners were very helpful and professional and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with everything before they left. It was clear that they cared about the quality f their service and I was very impressed. I'll be booking a second cleaning soon and would definitely recommend them to others.

I don't know what crew that other guy got but the one that arrived to my house was propmt and ready to work. I showed them what I needed done and emphasized that the dog hair needed to be cleaned out of every nook and cranny. When I got back home they were finishing up and my house looked amazing. The girls were polite and professional and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a thorough cleaning. What a refreshing feeling not having to worry about cleaning your house before company arrives. The only thing I didn't like was that I could smell the cleaning products after they left so I had to air out the house. Not a big deal, at least I know my house was cleaned with more than just water. Thanks agian for all your help.

Pink Ladies was hired to clean my home during my wedding week! We had lots of family members coming into town, which meant an urgent need to sanitize my house and get rid of all the dog hair throughout! Pink Ladies did a FANTASTIC job and my house looked amazing...all 2500 sq. feet of it. We had a party 2 days after they were there and everyone said how CLEAN and pretty our home was. They were on-time, professional and I will definitely be calling them on a regular basis. Thank you Pink Ladies!! :)

This company is a joke. I was completely surprised because the person I booked the appointment with was very nice, accommodating, and professional on the phone. I believe she was an owner. When the crew arrived to our house I knew right away that I had chosen the wrong cleaning service. Three women with horrible attitudes were assigned to clean our house. I was rushed through the house to tell them what we would like done and then quoted the price. The women were very rude, unprofessional, and obviously had no training in professional house cleaning. They say you pay $30 per hour, per person working on the home. I found it interesting how SLOW the women were working, taking their time wandering back and forth from one end of the house to the other. Not to mention the several phone calls that one of the women took while on the clock. They were openly complaining about their job and employer amongst eachother and also mentioned wanting to quit. It was obvious they were unhappy in their position and really didn't care about the quality of work being done. When we did the inspection, we were really unhappy with results and I was baffled that three people in several hours of work couldn't have produced something better. The house looked like we did a quick cleaning before company arrived. It definitely didn't look like a professional service was paid. There were many things left undone. At the end, two of the three women just stood around waiting for the third person to finish as if there was nothing else to do, and there was plenty to do. There were many things left undone. VERY DISAPPOINTING and I will NEVER do business here again. It was a complete waste of money!

The service was alright... but I can't say that I would refer them. After a "quick" walk through after the girls were finished (I was kinda in a rush), I thought everything was great. Then after doing a closer inspection... I found several things not done. ie... there were dust bunnies in the corners in my bathroom, there was a big garbage bag left in my hallway, my husband found several areas where there were dust bunnies... also, alot of things were just kinda moved around inorder to "appear" cleaned.

I also did not recieve the 10% discount that is promised on this page. I believe I will go back to a no name service, as they were more efficient.

Thank you though, it was a help to get my weekend off to a good start.... I didn't need to clean all weekend... so, thank you for that.

I had family coming into town for the holidays and my regular cleaning co was booked. It was a bit of an emergency if you know what I mean. Janis moved some things around just to accommodate me!!! Her appreciation of me as a new customer was so refreshing that I already booked the 2nd cleaning with her and have officially switched to pink ladies. It's so hard now a days to find people who take pride in what they do. Thank you for making my house clean enough to eat off the floor!!! These guys are great.

9/1/2010 We recently found ourselves in need of a new cleaning service, to replace the one which we had for the last year or so. We won't mention any names, but suffice it to say we had just gotten fed up, and needed to make a change.

So, after doing some research, we discovered Pink Ladies Cleaning Service, and after having them clean our home today for the first time, saying we are delighted, is an understatement! When we called the office, and spoke with the owner Janis, she took a lot of time explaining all their services, etc. The girls that came out, were prompt, courteous, and did an excellent job of cleaning. We have been assured we will always have the same girls, except sometimes when vacations come into play. The "team leader" who we will have is Essie, and she is a jewel. Oh, and by the way, it is so nice to have girls who we can communicate with, without language barriers!

To sum it up, if you want a great cleaning service for your home or business....call Janis at Pink Ladies Cleaning Service...we couldn't be more pleased! (And no, we don't work for them....just a very happy customer)

We have been using Pink Ladies service for over five years and are much happier with them than any other cleaning service we have ever used. The cleaning ladies are always courteous and Janice takes care of any concerns and issues. Because of a busy travel schedule and company we frequently have to shift our cleaning date and Janice is very willing to help us out. I have recommended Pink Ladies to several friends.

This review is long overdue, as I used Pink Ladies house cleaning service over a month ago. I was moving into a new home, and was stretched for time. Janis from Pink Ladies was able to move their scheduled services around to make sure that my house was clean and spotless before I moved in. I first made the mistake of booking an appointment before my power and water was turned on. We ended having to reschedule, and as mentioned earlier, they moved their schedule around to accomodate my needs. They cleaned and sanitized my kitchen and bathrooms, and left my new house smelling clean and fresh.

We have a home in Las Vegas that we enjoy in the winter months. We call Pink Ladies to go in to clean before we get there, and again when we leave. They are wonderful!! If they find anything out of order, we get a immediate phone call and they go as far as to help us line up plumbers, or what ever else we may need. They meet the company there to let them in and we absolutely have no reason to worry with them helping us.

We would refer them to anyone. They are a great help and someone who can check on things for us when we are gone.

I expected more after the different reviews than what I got. I hired Pink Ladies to clean my house. My house wasn't overly dirty, but company was coming and I wanted it to look great. I was given an estimate over the phone. We went through the walk through of what I wanted when they arrived. They gave me another estimate based on how many people cleaning (3 ladies) and how long it would take. It ended up taking 15 minutes longer than expected and that cost me another $30. I was disappointed I didn't get the cleaning for the estimate given. Then they work they did was only the minimum required. Nothing out of the ordinary. The cleaning was OK, not great. I felt I had to go back and touch up here and there to get the house clean the way I wanted.

We used them to clean our new office and decided to use them in our home as well. We couldn't have been happier!!!

We had a death in the family and had to have my parents home cleaned. I called upset because of the mess we were in and called Pink Ladies. They responed with kindness and professionalism and set not only one crew but 2 crews out the same day to help us.

They were wonderful.
