        Terrible service

        I called 10:30 in the morning to get someone to come & look at my furniture & appliances I was looking to sell. I kept calling throughout the day to find out where this person was & why he hadn't at least called us back. We left a message for him at 10:30 am. We called the store & all they'd say was he's busy! Finally about 2 minutes before 6 pm he called back. How convent that it was right before closing. Said he couldn't come out till Monday. We leave Sunday to move out of state. That was my first & last time with these ppl! How dare they leave what could of been a future customer hanging like that. I did have other things I obliviously had to do! JERKS!!! Never again!

        I have been to your store before this was by no means it, most of your stuff is out in front by the sidewalk if you go inside you can hardly turn around you have every thing so stacked together and no free delivery no mater how much you buy even if it's only going 3 blocks . I will never buy from your store agine

        Great deals, great merchandise.

        We have both bought and sold merchandise from this store over many years. They have a great selection of items that changes daily. We have always felt that we received great service and fair prices. They also offer delivery (usually the same day) for a very reasonable price. When we sold furniture to them we also feel that they were more than fair with their prices given the state of the economy and the saturation of used furniture in this city.

        Ive been here many times, and always found what i wanted at a good price. like last week i bought a sofa and love for 3 times cheaper than a goodwill or other donatios places, and was very happy they could deliver that day.

        they are a joke they offer pennies on the dollar i have over 8k worth of stuff in my house they offered 300 lol not fery funny so dont wast youre time

        This place is so great. Stock changes daily. Sales staff willing to work with you. Exceptional for just starting out or adding interesting. Fair prices. Will go there over and over!!

        I called P & PF to see if they were interested in purchasing some of our relatively new furniture as we will be moving into a smaller haouse soon. The buyer, John, gave me a ballpark price on what he would give us for our furniture and said that he would come on friday afternoon or Saturday. Surprise, both days he was a no show. I called again on Monday and he said that he didn't know who I was and didn't have an appointment with us. I again, described what we had, he offered us a price and we agreed that he would show up on Monday afternoon - Tuesday at the latest. Again, no show and never a call back to let us know that we didn't have to wait around for him. After one more attempt, we gave up. John is simply rude, inconsiderate and not worth your time.
