My Left Foot Children's Therapy

My niece was born at 23 weeks and was in the NICU for over 4 months. When she was released we were referred to My Left Foot. She was in Feeding, Occupational, Physical, Speech, and Aquatic Therapy. Her therapists were so dedicated and worked so well with her. The therapists at My Left Foot treated my niece as if she were their child. As a parent myself I cannot tell you how comforting that is. Not many medical facilities do that these days. We consider my niece our miracle and My Left Foot played an instrumental part in her growth. When my niece was released from the hospital they had her adjusted age as a newborn. She was already over 4 months old. She was unable to hold her head up, respond to familiar noises, drink the recommended amount of formula, or even grip your finger. She literally just laid there staring at nothing. I am so proud to say that she is now 1 year old and is walking, talking, and causing all kinds of trouble! We know that she would not be functioning at her age level had it not been for the hard work of all of her therapists at My Left Foot. We are so blessed to have been referred here. We have since moved out of state and are having a very hard time in finding services that equal the level of dedication at My Left Foot. My family and I cannot thank the owners, therapists, and staff enough for everything they have done for her! Keep up the good work My Left Foot! You helped change our life and we are forever grateful!
