Shrimp and Steak special not so special

The turkey burger on a wheat bun was okay but as for the shrimp and steak special, the steak was burnt to a crisp, no garlic in the bland blob of mashed potatoes, and no freakin roll! The service was sub par, it didn't seem like any of the waiters even wanted to be there, like they all really hated there jobs. It made for a kind of depressing atmosphere. Plus, our waiter dropped the neighboring booth's patron's cr... view more

Best Breakfast All Day Long

My husband and I visited Vegas during Easter Week 2008. Mr. Lucky's was the best place we ate at for breakfast. While our waitress was a tad snotty, our food was served hot and it was delicious. I would recommend the french toast. My husband had a pancake the size of the plate, 1/4 waffle and the cinnamon bun french toast (special). He said it was to die for. He couldn't finish it all but really enjoyed the CB ... view more

Great food for the entire family

As a resident of Las Vegas it is difficult to find a reasonable priced resturant in town that has decent food. Everytime my family and I have been there the service has been outstanding. The quailty of the food is great. And the prices can't be beat anywhere in my opinion. The crowds may get a little loud from time to time but you get that everywhere in this town. And now for what a few may deem a sexist remark.....d... view more

good breakfast

I like the retro decor they got going on. And it's difficult to screw up pancakes so I had no complaints with the food. I wouldn't make a special trip, but it's good if you're staying at the Hard Rock.

What do you expect?

I am really hoping that someday someone will open a KILLER diner like they have on the east coast here in Las Vegas. The kind that has all those comfort food plates, such as turkey dinners and meatloaf dinners, liver and onions, big huge burgers with tater tots, foot long dogs with chili, and cool little old crotchety ladies to serve you. BUT I hear about this place at the hard rock and go. As usual the servers her... view more
