This is a great church and school. The people are very friendly and caring. The school staff is great. They care about the students. They are well trained. My children have been in the preschool and elementary school and we have been very pleased. I would recommend this school and church to anyone looking for great programs for their children.

Mountain View is a great school. The school emphasizes Christian education and academic excellence. The teachers are friendly and love the students. It is reasonably priced and offers great programs that are being cut elsewhere, such as sports, music, after school clubs, art, and P.E. The class sizes are small. The school has up to date curriculum and resources. Many of the students attend Faith Lutheran for middle school (after Mountain View) and are very successful there. I have two children that have attended for many years, and they are very happy, making excellent progress, and we are very pleased.

I was raised a strict Catholic but I was sick of the priest scandals, the out of touch sermons, and priests that I can't relate to, so I was looking for a new church which had what I liked about being Catholic (the tradition, the prayers, the conservativism) but none of the stuff I didn't and lo and behold I found it at Mountain View Lutheran. The church membership is small, but growing, and I felt welcome in a way I never did at a Catholic Church, but without feeling pressured. They have a nursery so that my baby can be taken care of while I attend mass and a bible school for my preschoolers, and I find that I actually look forward to going to church, to listening to the Pastor's message, which almost always has a personal side to it. If you aren't happy with your current church, or don't have one, don't hesitate to try this one out- you won't regret it.
