I've been dealing with these guys for years. Their service department is top notch! Every company has their problems, but don't bash the company because of one slack employee who probably isn't even with them anymore. I've personally used them many times and never had any problems with them at all.

Watch them like a hawk

I noticed a couple of times that they drag out the time when they are working, show up late and over bill hours. I have to use them because they did all of the electrical in the business I manage and seem to be the only ones who stock and understand the complicated light fixtures we have. (Which always have problems, not their fault I think).

Wow. These folks are angry

They do good work, but don't ever question what they charge. It is not open to discussion. I found them padding my bill with items they did not use. They liened my house for not paying for the unused items. They also made me dig my own trench for the new electrical wires.

Awesome, but they get mad when you don't have any Whoppers! Please don't be mad at the king! Whoppers have not disappeared.
