        Unsatisfied

        Our non profit organization used this company for a two day event. The staff including the owners Al & Mark were very unprofessional.

        We were given a swamp cooler that didn't operate.

        Hot, Hot, Hot. When their delivery driver picked up the tent he informed us the swamp cooler was out of service. As usual they got our monies and won't refund us for the swamp cooler.

        What happened to honesty?
